“I love just hamburgers. But I don’t know that I have ever been treated so poorly by any establishment. I ordered a double hamburger combo just ketchup, mustard pickle. Paid $12.00 (reasonable cause they have good burgers). Pulled out. Didn’t look at my burger as I was driving pulled out of the wrapper, took one bite and realized it was wrong…. I think it was their special of the day. No one behind me, so I backed up. I was told no that’s what I ordered, nope nothing about that burger was appealing to me, I would have never ordered it. With attitude they made me a double burger, the way i ordered it and said i owed $5 more because I had “eaten” the other. Well I took one bite and realized it was wrong. No im not paying $5 more. I’m sorry you got my order wrong. I would have never ordered the other burger, because I can’t even eat cheese. And I’m not paying for your mistake. I will give another chance because I love them, but never again if I get treated so poorly.“

“I’m vegan and had the gyro bowl and it’s 10/10. Seriously. My omnivore mom had the coconut shrimp tacos and sweet potato fries. She gives it an 8/10 and she loves actual shrimp. The negatives was the corn tortillas (which I thought were amazing when I had a little bite), but mom prefers flour. We will be back.“

“bob’s has consistently had my favorite burgers in america. prices are great, everything cooked to order and done so very quickly (our order for a family of four took only 5-10 minutes), and everything tastes fantastic. for a drive-in, it’s surprisingly clean and the employees are extremely professional and friendly. there’s even a playground for the kiddos! like many drive-ins in america, the neighborhood’s not what it once was, but it’s still plenty safe if that’s a concern.\n\nlong story short, 5/5. it’s remained open for 75+ years for a reason.“

“Good food, cooked to order, right in front of you. It was a nice day but we sat inside to suck up the cool air. It was mid afternoon. We ordered a double, and a triple cheeseburger. And it was so good, I ordered some chicken tendies for the house. Next time I'm in Paducah, I will Def be stopping by there again.“

“I'm glad we found this place during our road trip. The staff were awesome - friendly and efficient. The sandwiches and sides were satisfying. Vanilla and chocolate malts were very good. The place is small and quickly filled up with locals at lunchtime.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Wendy’s always has good food and the restaurant was nice and clean. But what made this Wendy’s visit stand out was the person who took our order -Miss Brandy. When someone makes your day better just by the way they greet you, that is an exceptional person. She also came around while we eating to check on all the customers. What a lovely human being! Thank you Brandy - please know your smiling face and personality is appreciated.“

“The food was actually good and fresh. Much Better than some dairy queens I've been to. The service was good also but they are severely understaffed or at least they was while I was there and the line was very long with one register open. However they also realized this and offered me a free ice cream cone for the wait. That was awesome of them. With more employees it would easily be a 5 star service. The atmosphere was exactly what you want to see at a fast food restaurant. The place was crowded and everyone was having a good time even tho the wait was long. When something is good the wait dont matter and no one was walking out. I heard no complaints and employees where nice as can be. I would recommend this DQ thats understaffed and very busy over a empty DQ with no customers and a full staff anytime. A few more employees and its a 5 start fast food restaurant for sure.“

“This location has always been above par. Jordan, don't know if he still works there but he is an amazing person. Food was correct, didnt have to wait long and the carhop was very kind. Definitely recommend this location over Hwy 60. They could use some of yalls training and manners!“

“My husband had the all you can eat shrimp, riblets or wings for 15.99, and you can mix it up with the 3. It was delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We will be going back. I had a sampler appetizer for my meal and it was very good as well.“

“I ordered me a caramel macchiato with extra caramel, extra Expresso and add whipped cream and they did just that today they nailed it perfectly and I'm sooo happy with it. I order this every morning from door dash and this is the best it's ever tasted“
