“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “This is my 5th time eating there and each time I have been well pleased. Truly I could make two meals of one with their portions. This particular location is also involved in the community, having set up a station at the annual Recovery Walk to help raise awareness in regards to addiction and alcoholism. Well managed, well maintained, superb service and excellent quality ingredients. Thumbs up!“

“Wendy’s always has good food and the restaurant was nice and clean. But what made this Wendy’s visit stand out was the person who took our order -Miss Brandy. When someone makes your day better just by the way they greet you, that is an exceptional person. She also came around while we eating to check on all the customers. What a lovely human being! I appreciate them though for working, and they always give me what I expect.

“just ordered 4 for $10 classic roast beefs at counter. Posters up everywhere The kid rang them up for $18.xx. I asked what happened to 4 for $10. the kid said I had to ask for them. ?????? Hello! I just ordered 4 Classic roast beefs! Anyway I had to pull a Karen to get manager to redo it. the kid was just being super orrrnnerryyy!!! Roat beef was good anyway, just avoid stupid kid employees if possible.“

“I've gotten pickup from here more times than I can count. Tommy, Paula, Philip, and everyone else I've talked to at this location (sorry im bad with names!) are so friendly and some of the nicest people you could meet. They always ensure my order is correct and I'm taken care of! I love their melts and their fries are surprisingly very good if youve never tried them! Way better than some other fast food options. My loyal pizza pick for sure!! <3“

“The food was actually good and fresh. Much Better than some dairy queens I've been to. The service was good also but they are severely understaffed or at least they was while I was there and the line was very long with one register open. However they also realized this and offered me a free ice cream cone for the wait. That was awesome of them. With more employees it would easily be a 5 star service. The atmosphere was exactly what you want to see at a fast food restaurant. The place was crowded and everyone was having a good time even tho the wait was long. When something is good the wait dont matter and no one was walking out. I heard no complaints and employees where nice as can be. I would recommend this DQ thats understaffed and very busy over a empty DQ with no customers and a full staff anytime. A few more employees and its a 5 start fast food restaurant for sure.“

“Today is 08/31/26 (12:26pm.)The food is always great.But today service was less than ideal.I work 2 jobs every day.After working 6 hours ,getting ready for my 8 hour shift I thought I would go through and pick up a couple of meals for my sister and I .The sign said “$7 Big Deal meal.”So I ordered TWO!-The young woman taking my order proceeded to act as if she had NO IDEA WHAT I MEANT.-I told her what the advertisement said and she proceeded to say,”oh no, that’s our value meal!”-I said “mam, I just want 2 of these $7 Big Deal meals I see with the hot fudge sundae’s.”She insisted I call them Value meals.She was determined to make an argument over the intercom.🙄I finally got the order placed and when handing the order out the window I asked if she had a drink holder for the drinks and sundae’s?-“No” she said.So I asked for another small bag because I had a long way to walk when I got home with the food.She rolled her eyes.The temperature is horrible today and my air conditioner was out!..Longer story shortened..PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES about customer service! (I didn’t dare ask for ketchup with this young woman.)“

“Pecan chicken salad sandwich is a healthyboption, but the presentation is not their usual high standard. It tasted rather bland-lije it needed salt and pepper, and it literally falls apart from tbe first bite. I lije that there was a good amount of filling, but it is hard to handle. I would up just using a fork.“

“Taco John's is my go to taco place besides authentic Mexican restaurants. Everything is always on point well except they use quite a bit of lettuce other than a simple fix, we're good to go! I still give them 5 ⭐️ all the way around!!! Go see em!!!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“This location has always been above par. Jordan, don't know if he still works there but he is an amazing person. Food was correct, didnt have to wait long and the carhop was very kind. Definitely recommend this location over Hwy 60. They could use some of yalls training and manners!“
