The people were rude and hateful and half the time acted like a customer was messing up their schedule. It was late ans last minute tonight i went I. And not sure the boy name he was probably around 20 red hair name started with a D and he gave top.notch customer service. Sweet, helpful, manners and definitely knew what customer service was. If they would all act like him this store could be the best in eddyville...“

“Made an order over the app. Came up and drive thru was down. Went inside only to be told that I couldn't get my food I ordered. Had similar issues in the past. Franchise owner promised a call back and one was not made. I'm just gonna drive a little further from here on out. I'm tired of dealing with this place.“

“My team wanted to eat here on the way home from our soccer game last night. We were an hour from home and in my rush to get my things, I had forgotten to get my wallet out of my purse and into my soccer bag. Our girls walked through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed and I asked if they had Apple Pay, but they didn’t. I was fine with not eating, but the lady helping us was so so kind and offered to get my food for me. I said she didn’t have to and she insisted. I asked for a chicken sandwich and a medium coke, and she said no problem. In addition to my sandwich, I received a large coke and fries, too. Let me tell y’all what…. The kindness that was showed to me by this woman brought tears to my eyes. As a responsible adult, I should have made sure to have my wallet, but I messed up. Once I got on our bus I cried tears of joy - we just had a super tough game and emotions were high, but the kindness shown to me here will not be forgotten.“
