“Daytime manager Helen is always so kind. She patiently answered all my questions about breakfast sandwich - yes, I'm THAT person ..... lol.

And it was indeed awesome.
Also she talks to her staff with courtesy and respect. Not AT them all dismissive like soooo many other bad managers do !!!

Drive thru workers have absolutely NO manners. Need more training on hospitality. Ask us to pull into parking spot, waited 10 minutes on order, then was handed out order with no apology for the wait or thank you come again, nothing. Handed the order and he walked off.“

“Your employees lack motivation and absolutely no customer service skills. Our group had special needs and not one single employee seemed to care to meet the needs of our traveling group. Would not recommend this one ever. The rude employees represent your restaurant, as a previous fast food manager I would've much rather worked alone then to have this reputation.“

“10/10 would recommend. The lady in the drive thru tonight was absolutely amazing so sweet and provided excellent service. Very quick and the blizzards were amazing. If you pull up and it’s the girl with the bright red hair you know you’re in for great service and a great experience.“

“The Roast beef was really on point and it was so good I ordered another one after 3 bites of my first. My employee was happy as well. 5 stars on the food and 5 more for Haley and staff. “I’m not sure who took my order tonight but he was young, tall, dark curly hair and glasses. He was so so so kind and sweet. I never leave reviews but the kindness was amazing and someone definitely deserves a raise. He was awesome and everyone in service industry should take after him.“

“Ordered a regular cheese curd, regular fry, large drink and mini blizzard. Fries were hot and tasted great, cheese curds were cooked perfectly (so many DQs over fry them until they looked burnt), the mint ore blizzard is ten times better than a shamrock mcflurry. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. Store was very clean. Will definitely be back.“

“Whenever I'm out and about, this is my favorite McDonald's restaurant to go to in West Kentucky for coffee; the restrooms are clean, the employees are professional: especially the one that was there today, I commend him for his professionalism, he was quick to ask about my order and to bring it to me! “Wish we had gotten the manager’s name that helped us this afternoon. (She has a coconut allergy, if that helps!). She takes food allergies VERY seriously and took every measure to make our meal alpha-gal friendly. She is a breath of fresh air — from washing her hands, putting on clean gloves, getting safe, un-cross contaminated veggies from the back, even getting fresh, clean serving utensils. It was delicious and we promised we will be back often! Thank you!“
