“Great fooGreat food and customer service. I was in the drive thru at Popeyes on Lone Oak Rd in Paducah KY attempting to place my order. But I was having issues adding my order on the Popeyes app. There was another car behind me so I left the drive thru to figure out the issue with app. Once I parked, one of the customer service associates came to my car to help me with my order. By the time he came to my car, the coupon had loaded on my phone. He was excellent!! Customer service at it's finest!!! Great job!!!“

“Ordered family strips 12 plus 2 sides and2 lg drinks the drinks were flat they knew the machine was messed up sai was waiting coke guy their words to come fix but couldn’t refund my $ on a 40 $ meal wow and they have garlic sauce but only for certain chicken orders sauce should go with any strip meal“
