Thursday evening, October 6, 2022, I waited 15 minutes for my order. It was a little busy, but the employees were more playing around or goofing off, rather than working to get the orders done.
Marissa and Elizabeth made our day. I haven’t been sleeping well for a month, and my reflexes aren’t great. I managed to drop my sandwich. Ms. Elizabeth had another hot one waiting for me free of charge and Marissa offered to buy my kids ice cream to cheer me up. Overwhelmed by the kindness shown by these ladies. Chick-fil-A, please do something to honor them!
