“I've made it to the Paducah Crumbl twice now on my commutes between work and family. I never had their product before until recently. Ive heard about the hype tho.... A worker named Emily that waited on me during both occasions was the absolute best. Not being a dessert or gourmand cookie connoisseur, she made my decision super easy by asking what I liked and based my decision on that. The cookies stood the hype! “bob’s has consistently had my favorite burgers in america. prices are great, everything cooked to order and done so very quickly (our order for a family of four took only 5-10 minutes), and everything tastes fantastic. for a drive-in, it’s surprisingly clean and the employees are extremely professional and friendly. there’s even a playground for the kiddos! like many drive-ins in america, the neighborhood’s not what it once was, but it’s still plenty safe if that’s a concern.\n\nlong story short, 5/5. it’s remained open for 75+ years for a reason.“

“The food was actually good and fresh. Much Better than some dairy queens I've been to. The service was good also but they are severely understaffed or at least they was while I was there and the line was very long with one register open. However they also realized this and offered me a free ice cream cone for the wait. That was awesome of them. With more employees it would easily be a 5 star service. The atmosphere was exactly what you want to see at a fast food restaurant. The place was crowded and everyone was having a good time even tho the wait was long. When something is good the wait dont matter and no one was walking out. I heard no complaints and employees where nice as can be. I would recommend this DQ thats understaffed and very busy over a empty DQ with no customers and a full staff anytime. A few more employees and its a 5 start fast food restaurant for sure.“

“This location has always been above par. Jordan, don't know if he still works there but he is an amazing person. Food was correct, didnt have to wait long and the carhop was very kind. Definitely recommend this location over Hwy 60. They could use some of yalls training and manners!“
