“I am at this sonic so much, I love sonic. SONIC IS MY LIFE. Dragon Fruit Red bull is amazing. Service is usually pretty fast. The only complaintsI have are: I always have to order mayo on the side in a CUP bc there is no mayo packets ever. Also, when I get a gralic butter bacon cheeseburger that thang is always DRENCHED , I mean leaks everywhere all over my car, one time I had to open my door and let it leak on the ground … lol. But other then that its a good sonic.“

“This is a gem that shouldn't be skipped. The food isnt trying to be anything its not and in the best way. My whole family enjoyed it and no one left hungry by any means. Burgers, bbq nachos, fried mushrooms, corn dog, and chicken tenders all satisfied. You will see why your lunch is offered at such a reasonable price but that doesnt mean the restaurant isnt clean. In fact they boast a 98 on their last inspection and a 97 before that. They are only opening til 3 which still catchers anyone who missed out on the many other restaurants that rolled up at 2pm. So dont be late. Oh and the folks running the joint are exceptionally nice.“

“I've made it to the Paducah Crumbl twice now on my commutes between work and family. I never had their product before until recently. Ive heard about the hype tho.... A worker named Emily that waited on me during both occasions was the absolute best. Not being a dessert or gourmand cookie connoisseur, she made my decision super easy by asking what I liked and based my decision on that. The cookies stood the hype! We need more kind and helpful workers like this abroad for sure. Crumbl cookies rock and thank you Miss Emily for your professionalism, kindness, and patience.

“I had such a fantastic time getting dessert here today. The staff were super enthusiastic and put on a fun show while mixing my favorite toppings right into the ice cream. It was creamy, perfectly blended, and tasted absolutely delicious. It is the perfect place to treat yourself whenever you have a sweet tooth, and I left feeling really happy with my choice.“

“The food was actually good and fresh. Much Better than some dairy queens I've been to. The service was good also but they are severely understaffed or at least they was while I was there and the line was very long with one register open. However they also realized this and offered me a free ice cream cone for the wait. That was awesome of them. With more employees it would easily be a 5 star service. The atmosphere was exactly what you want to see at a fast food restaurant. The place was crowded and everyone was having a good time even tho the wait was long. When something is good the wait dont matter and no one was walking out. I heard no complaints and employees where nice as can be. I would recommend this DQ thats understaffed and very busy over a empty DQ with no customers and a full staff anytime. A few more employees and its a 5 start fast food restaurant for sure.“

“Today is 08/31/26 (12:26pm.)The food is always great.But today service was less than ideal.I work 2 jobs every day.After working 6 hours ,getting ready for my 8 hour shift I thought I would go through and pick up a couple of meals for my sister and I .The sign said “$7 Big Deal meal.”So I ordered TWO!-The young woman taking my order proceeded to act as if she had NO IDEA WHAT I MEANT.-I told her what the advertisement said and she proceeded to say,”oh no, that’s our value meal!”-I said “mam, I just want 2 of these $7 Big Deal meals I see with the hot fudge sundae’s.”She insisted I call them Value meals.She was determined to make an argument over the intercom.🙄I finally got the order placed and when handing the order out the window I asked if she had a drink holder for the drinks and sundae’s?-“No” she said.So I asked for another small bag because I had a long way to walk when I got home with the food.She rolled her eyes.The temperature is horrible today and my air conditioner was out!..Longer story shortened..PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES about customer service! (I didn’t dare ask for ketchup with this young woman.)“

“This location has always been above par. Jordan, don't know if he still works there but he is an amazing person. Food was correct, didnt have to wait long and the carhop was very kind. Definitely recommend this location over Hwy 60. They could use some of yalls training and manners!“
