We took the grandkids 6,5,3 year old, since their mother was a no show. We come to McDonald's so the kids don't feel bad about not getting parenting time, we she don't come get them for their visit. The play place was closed for cleaning, which was ok..as they were told they had to eat first. They ate everything. The food was good and promptly brought to our table as I ordered through the app. We waited over an hour so the kids could play for a little while. I understand it...read full review

Wonderful customer service, only McDonalds in Paducah that I know will always have the Frappe machine working. Karen the manager , is so nice and friendly. Jackson Str is my favorite McDonalds in Paducah!

I enjoy going here. I for sure take advantage of mobile deals, you kinds have to when you got a few kids that keep growing. But they are always super nice especially when we have to order no salt fries. It takes a little longer but I know why but food is always tasty. Kids love to go in the mornings for their pancakes and sausage muffins. Will continue to go there!
