We were there (again!) tonight! The food was excellent but the service was even better!!! Jasmine is FANTABULOUS!! She treats our family like her family!! She is so attentive to detail! Don't let her get away! Please pass on our thanks to her!
Great atmosphere . Awesome burgers
Located inside a Holiday Inn near downtown Paducah, this place is somewhat of a hidden gem. The service was as good as possible for how little staff they allowed to work the restaurant. We only saw one server working the entire restaurant. She sat us and served us the entire time with the utmost sense of urgency. The burgers were divine. Burger Theory, located in a Holiday Inn, offers a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The food is well-cooked and customizable, with options like build your own burgers including gluten-free choices like lettuce wraps. The staff provides great service, with the bartender making guests feel right at home and coming up with perfect drink combinations. The chicken strips with honey mustard are amazing, and fried pickles are yummy too. The BT Boss Burger and fries are phenomenal and a kind of meal that guests will crave. The cook, possibly named Rod, is exceptional. A beef pepper sandwich had fresh bread and a nice ratio of meat, to veggie to cheese, with good beef. Fries were generous. The biggest burger stuffed with cheese is impressive. Portions are generous, and the price is decent. The waiter was exceptional, friendly and attentive. Burger Theory is a great dining option for those looking for a welcoming environment and delicious burgers.
