First things First- Kia is an amazing ASSET to the dining experience and the company. She was extremely attentive and helpful. She didn’t even mention until we were about to exit she’d actually been on shift as long as she had and with her charisma and dedication to service prior to knowing, she was so fresh and on top of everything there’s NOWAY we’d have ever known. We went around dinner time, and they weren't extremely busy, but apparently, they had several large parties and not enough staff. It took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come to our table to get our 3 orders. They forgot part of one of the orders and switched the steaks on the 2 orders that they got right.
