The worst dining experience ever! No one’s food was right and several of the people in our party gave up and didn’t even get to eat after several hours of waiting. Ask to speak with manager and he wouldn’t even come out to talk. Offered a 50% off discount on the food we didn’t even get! I will never return!
So I just left Logan’s Roadhouse and I must say, the chili might have been good if it wasn’t cold!! I had been looking forward to it all day too. On another note, I am a good tipper. I always tip no less than 20% usually more if service is good. Our bill was $21.37 I gave $40 and was waiting for my change. I got $18 dollars back. No change!! I did not give permission to keep the change. That was stealing in my book. 63 cents yes but still stealing. Not cool Logan’s!!
they brought wrong foods
out then tried to charge for the one that didn't order never brought mozzarella sticks and my daughter Mac and cheese was cold don't recommend to eat there
