“my daughter requested seafood for her 16th birthday ..we wanted Cajun but didn't know this place existed until it was recommended and we were nervous bc Cajun food isn't easy to replicate...but this place will be a regular place for us now!! this is the best Cajun food we have had since living in Louisiana hands down!! Our server Pierce was so helpful and patient as we tried to decide since they have such a variety! Everything came out quick and hot and it was just perfect!! I will say the crawfish would use a tad more seasoning but that's personal preference..they also had a nice selection of alternative foods if u didn't want cajun. so to conclude, this was place was 10/10!”

“I've made it to the Paducah Crumbl twice now on my commutes between work and family. I never had their product before until recently. Ive heard about the hype tho.... A worker named Emily that waited on me during both occasions was the absolute best. Not being a dessert or gourmand cookie connoisseur, she made my decision super easy by asking what I liked and based my decision on that. The cookies stood the hype! We need more kind and helpful workers like this abroad for sure. Crumbl cookies rock and thank you Miss Emily for your professionalism, kindness, and patience.

“My wife and I stopped in last week for breakfast and it was great. One thing we noticed here is when your food is done it's brought to your table right away piping hot. It doesn't sit for 5 minutes or longer cooling off. Since our first visit we have now been back 3 more times in the last 10 days. We stopped for lunch today and my wife ordered the double BLT and I had the Italian Beef. Both were delicious and delivered to our table piping hot.

Staff and owners are great as well. Excellent service provided by all.

What more can one ask for? Great food, great service and reasonable prices in this day and age. This will be a regular stop for us when we are in Paducah.”

“I love just hamburgers. But I don’t know that I have ever been treated so poorly by any establishment. I ordered a double hamburger combo just ketchup, mustard pickle. Paid $12.00 (reasonable cause they have good burgers). Pulled out. Didn’t look at my burger as I was driving pulled out of the wrapper, took one bite and realized it was wrong…. I think it was their special of the day. No one behind me, so I backed up. I was told no that’s what I ordered, nope nothing about that burger was appealing to me, I would have never ordered it. With attitude they made me a double burger, the way i ordered it and said i owed $5 more because I had “eaten” the other. Well I took one bite and realized it was wrong. No im not paying $5 more. I’m sorry you got my order wrong. I would have never ordered the other burger, because I can’t even eat cheese. And I’m not paying for your mistake. I will give another chance because I love them, but never again if I get treated so poorly.”
