“We had 1 1/2 hr wait, but it was well worth it. Food was great. Service was ok. My only recommendation is drinks, salad and bread, then entree. we had party of eight and we all got our food at different times. From 1st to last probably 30 minutes. Other than that everything was excellent.“

“Stopped in close to closing time and ordered a couple of triple cheeseburger with everything and a peanut buster parfait. The cheeseburgers were probably the best burgers I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Everyone working there were extremely kind and friendly and they take pride in their job unlike most fast food restaurants they actually enjoy taking care of the customers. As a matter of fact I think I will go back today and order another triple cheeseburger before leaving Pikeville, this is the kind of service I’ve seen all over Pikeville. Also you can’t beat the price.“

Kid-friendliness: McDonald’s has always been kid friendly, although it’s missing the play place, it’s still a comfortable atmosphere to take the kids for a dine in experience.“

“This is a very nice clean McDonald's. The food was very good. Staff were nice. Only one complaint. It was 28° outside and we came in to eat breakfast. The a/c was on blowing very cold air. It was like refrigerator inside. That needs to be addressed.“

“I used to work a few doors down from Joyce's and absolutely loved their food. I'm rarely in town these days but never miss a chance to grab a burger when I am. It's no lie that these are the best burgers in town.“
