Took my family of four out to eat at Drakes and the service was awful. Our waitress was very rude to us and only came to our table twice in TWO HOURS. Yes! From the time we ordered our food and received it, it had been TWO HOURS. It really wasn’t even that busy. There was another group of four come in about 35-40 minutes after us and was sat down beside us. The SAME waitress made sure they never went without. We had 1 1/2 hr wait, but it was well worth it. Food was great. Service was ok. My only recommendation is drinks, salad and bread, then entree. we had party of eight and we all got our food at different times. From 1st to last probably 30 minutes. Other than that everything was excellent.
Excellent filet!! Delicious chicken fingers and ranch. Baked potatoes are perfect and huge! I’m a huge fan of Malones so it’s great finally having a place in Pikeville with amazing steaks!! We done curbside pickup and had excellent service! Fingers crossed it doesn’t change in the future.
