“I couldn’t exactly give five stars cause I didn’t go inside, never been inside this one but the food was so delicious and I actually witnessed a customer being super rude and they still handled it very professionally. I love that they were super nice. I would choose to eat at this one any day over the one in downtown because they are extremely rude. Not just occasionally but every time I’ve been but two or three times I’ve been there. I’ll always go to this location instead.“

“Stopped in close to closing time and ordered a couple of triple cheeseburger with everything and a peanut buster parfait. The cheeseburgers were probably the best burgers I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Everyone working there were extremely kind and friendly and they take pride in their job unlike most fast food restaurants they actually enjoy taking care of the customers. As a matter of fact I think I will go back today and order another triple cheeseburger before leaving Pikeville, this is the kind of service I’ve seen all over Pikeville. Also you can’t beat the price.“

“5 stars but I do have to apologize for the bathroom situation again. Food was really yummy, and I most definitely over ate. For those who don’t know the McDonald’s bathroom bowl buster of January 12th 2026, I was the reason they had to removed one of their commodes. It was messy and I do apologize again to all the staff on hand. Michael did great keeping everyone calm in the restaurant, Jennifer was very kind even though she required therapy, I appreciate Andrew the most for finding me some extra clothes, and Shane was the hero of the day that braved the bathroom for the insurance company.
