Just ran through the drive-thru at my local Wendy's. The girl that took my money was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the guy who brought me the food just stuck the bag out the door and when I grabbed it and said thanks he turned and left.After I got home and checked the food out I see why he left so fast. The drive thru was backed up and took 13 minutes to put my order in and get my food. The burgers were covered with mayo and ketchup, which made them slimy and messy. Fry containers were half filled..
The food is good.However, the place is very dirty in the restaurant and the bathrooms are filthy. I have never been in a more dirty or filthy restaurant and public restroom. I have stopped here once a week for the last three weeks working in the area. The toilets in the women's restroom have not flushed either time.
