We had an outstanding experience with Arby’s in Alexandria, Kentucky. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful—roast beef and curly fries were on point. The staff was friendly and efficient, service was fast, and the restaurant was clean. Great all around experience —definitely worth returning soon!

I was not impressed by this Arby's location. It wasn't very busy when my family and I visited the drive-thru. The employee who took our order was a bit short but our order was correct once we received it. They were also quick to complete it. Unfortunately, the fries were stale and cold. Not to mention the sandwiches were poorly made.

Food was well prepared and hot. The young man who worked the drive through was awesome. The young man was cheerful and polite. He also, asked if we need condiments and anything else before thanking us and tell us to have a good day. I love this location it's so much better than other Arby's in northern ky I've been to.
