First and last time at this location. I ordered a bowl, and they barely put any cheese on it, when i asked for more as it didn't touch a single edge of the bowl they said they would have to charge me $1.40... there wasn't $1.40 worth on the bowl to begin with. I told them never mind I didn't want it, they tossed it in the trash. It's nice to have healthier options finally in Alexandria. The first year they did well, but now.. it's very unsanitary now and they are out of a lot of ingredients. I feel bad for some of the employees, they don't seem like they are being lead right by management. I will go the extra 15 minutes up to the highland heights location to avoid getting sick.

my husband and I usually eat here once a week and recently the food as been awful. We went today and got 2 bowls 1 chicken and 1 barbacoa. The barbacoa wasn’t even shredded my husband said it tasted under cooked. My chicken was in big chunks and very chewy. The rice and meat were cold as if it hadn’t been cooked/in a warmer. Not to mention our bowls were half full. If I’m paying $10 for a bowl I want $10 worth of bowl not a half scoop of everything.
