I live in Alexandria and for the past few years this Burger King has been horrible. I love Burger King but not this location.. From now on I will drive to Ft. Wright just for my BK fix. There is no reason to have to wait in a drive thru when nobody else is there ..The food is always gross here,, literally spit my sandwich in the trash. In the evening the lights outside stay off, and looks like this place is always closed.. Very unwelcoming. I don't know what the issue is but something needs to change...

Service was bad try telling them the ice wasn’t working and they got made over getting some ice for the pop also the pop machine was out of almost everything
