I love the croissants so much, I was so disappointed when I came through the drive thru last night at 8pm and was told by Roy that the kitchen was closed. I know the kitchen doesn’t close at 8 and think you should hire less lazy staff. Also disappointed that there were only 2 donut options at 8pm. Do better Roy.

The donut selection was very thin. I wanted to order a dozen but no glazed donuts where in the case. I asked to order glazed and was told they were not going to make anymore today unless they run out of the other that was in the case. We don't like jelly filled and that was about all there was to choose from. This was a disappointment. Will not waste my time getting back in traffic for it.

Stopped by this location on 5/6/24 because my daughter and I wanted donuts. More specifically we wanted specific donuts…Boston Creme and Chocolate Glazed. They are open until 9pm and we went there approximately 3:45pm and they were out of both flavors we wanted. We settled for chocolate frosted and they only had ONE of those. Seriously? The only positive thing about it was the donuts was fresh and the employees were friendly!

This location has improved significantly! The service is now so fast, they usually have my online order ready to hand to me when I pull up, and the staff is much friendlier! I used to avoid going here because of bad experiences but they have redeemed themselves! And of course the coffee and donuts are DELICIOUS!
Bunch of kids working at a donut shop that don't sell donuts or at least don't keep any in the store, oh and they we're limited on coffee.But they've got some really overpriced small portions of food that you might decide to buy since you wasted your time in the drive-thru.
Stopped in around 615am 10/20/23 and didn’t realize milk was expired after I took a drink and it tasted off. Mind you I was already on the highway into Cincinnati when I realized milk was expired. Tried calling the store several times throughout day and no one would answer the phone. Best check your products before paying, apparently they got lazy employees.
