We had podiatry appointments yesterday in Pikeville and we didn’t know what we were wanting to get for food on the way back home. We were thinking about going to Applebees but we noticed a couple Hotrod pizza restaurants had been opened up and the only one that we had ever been to was close by the Alice Lloyd college so since we liked it we decided we would have our dinner date at the Hotrods restaurant in Betsy lane and once again we were satisfied! We had a salad while we were waiting for our order to be finished and when it was they brought it out to us and it was delicious and made so perfect. Just the right amount of everything and had great service.

Usually pretty good food but 80% mess your orders up ordered two philly and two hot wings only one sandwich

Ordered a Xtra large pepperoni eater with loaded fries and a 2 liter coke at 6:12 for delivery. The food got here at 7:24 without the 2 liter that was in the charge of the entire order, delivery driver said no problem he would return with the drink. I live 8 minutes away and it's been 30 minutes since then and still no drink!!!

On 2-1-25 i placed an order for pickup when I got there to pick up my order they said we gave your order to someone else not the first time this has happened. Why take your name for an order if you gonna give it to who ever comes in. Will not order anything from there again been a long time customer

I have ordered from here a good dozen or so times and every time I've gotten my food on time. I rated the atmosphere a 3 star because I have never been to the place Ive only done delivery. When the food arrives it's hot and fresh and delicious. They are always kind and understanding. Overall I would definitely recommend eating here.
(Also their burgers are amazing and massive, about twice as good as other places)

Got the Ultimate Supreme which is supposed to have toppings on it. It was all bread,cheese and grease barley any toppings very disappointed. People were very nice though. Giovanni is way better not even close
