It's always great. Today my grilled chk. ceaser salad had no dressing. At all. Got all the way to Grayson. (It's usually an excellent salad!) I called and the lady I spoke with ( April) was polite said to come in for a replacement.

Thank you, Applebee's. Alisha took great care of us. My wife had the 5 cheese pasta with the honey glazed chicken. It's the first time she has cleaned her plate in years. I ordered from the Bourbon Street menu. The shrimp, sausage, and peppers pasta was great. I never rate 5 stars because I feel there's always room for improvement . . . however, this was a close one. We will be going back.

My wife and I went and set at the bar and we ordered food, jump to 15 minutes later and the bartender says, "I suck, I forgot to put your order in" and that was it. She was rude and acted like it was our fault that she forgot. Don't bother calling and speaking with a manger because she just said she would talk to her and that's it. Save some time and go to another restaurant.

Friend and I arrived over an hour before our movie was to start down the street so we decided to grab lunch here because we haven’t eaten there for a while. Upon arrival, the host greeted us and another couple and stated he’d be right with us. He then grabbed a bucket and proceeded to clean tables (there were tables clean throughout the restaurant). We (us and the other couple) waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes while we watched him go throughout the restaurant continuing to clean tables. After about 15 minutes, we were finally seated. After being seated, it took approximately 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order so my friend and I decided that we better order our food too because we might not get our food in time. FINALLY, 15 minutes BEFORE our movie was to start we got our food and at that time I asked for our check because we definitely wasn’t going to be on time for our movie. The waitress checked on us 1 time between our drink arrival and the delivery of our food and at that time told us our food was coming right out (20 minutes later). The best thing about our visit was the food. Mine (chicken fajita wrap) was nice and hot and my friends (chicken salad) was good. The only bad part was we had to literally “inhale” our food so we couldn’t really enjoy our food. Very disappointing in the visit.

I am in love with the new chicken sandwich! It is the best breaded chicken sandwich I have had! My husband said the new bacon cheeseburger was awesome.
Parking: Ample amt of handicapped parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: A little crowded for walkers and wheelchairs, but they do try hard to accommodate them.

When tables are cleaned the workers swipe food from the table onto the seats and leave it. They never clean around the wall areas where the tables are and there is food and who knows what splattered and stuck on these areas. Do better or lose customers!!
