Ordered the food for takeout and it was awful. Got it home and half the order was missing. The food was cold and I live a short distance from the restaurant(maybe 2.5-3 miles) so it didn’t get cold driving home. Called the restaurant and the manager said he would fix it be either replacing it or sending a coupon in the mail. I opted for a coupon thinking it would at least cover the food that was missing. Boy was I wrong. Sent one card with 5 dollars on it. That will barely cover a drink from there haha what a joke. Just goes to show how little they value the customers.

I ordered the turkey meal for $18.19 . Not only did I don't receive the whole meal , missing the mashed potatoes. They only gave me 3 tiny slivers of turkey. I have ordered from this location before and never had a problem. When I tried to call. The phone just rang and rang....

Everyone we came across in this store was in a terrible mood. I understand being stressed and busy. I’m a server myself. I would never have the attitude these people had no matter how bad my day was going. You never treat the customer as if they’re bothering you for any need or request they have. That’s exactly how we felt today from the hostess to the server…we were a bother. The icing on the cake though was when the check was dropped off. You could tell by the way we were dressed that we had been to church. It was the only time any smidge of niceness was shown and was topped off with a “you have a blessed day”. It just really struck me wrong. Needless to say, it will be a LONG time before I go back.

I had a take out dinner on Christmas Eve. Everyone was Super friendly and made sure our order was right.
Not managed well at all. Disorder and poor communication. Also, I got 2 of the family size orders of carrots (to go) that are for 12 people $30. After doing a quick look it was obvious that each person may only get 4 carrots. Went ahead and ordered 2 more. $60 for very good tasting carrots to only get one serving each.

We were seated only a few minutes after we arrived. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us only once while we were eating (which is perfect for my wife and I). The food was great, as usual - fresh, hot, and just the way I ordered it.

Our server was amazing, she done everything for us correctly ! She was the sweetest person ever and made everything excellent for us but it was clear that the servers there are under staff our server alone was taking a whole side of the building taking up to 10 tables including us but she never got stressed out, she was amazing and provided amazing service to us. Thank you to whomever you were, I will definitely be coming back !
