Sat at 12:46 at 1:10 went upfront and asked for a manager because our server never came back to ask us anything or tell us what was going on. Just wanted the Salad I ordered. Lady upfront asked if I needed any help I said yes I needed to speak to a manager. She hit the mic button said I have an upfront that needs to speak with you. Place is half empty or more. Waited about four minutes then decided I was just gonna go ahead and sit back down at the table. The server caught me on the way back because she heard I wanted to talk to the manager and I said it’s no big deal. Just go ahead and take the salad off. We’ve been here for almost a half an hour at this point . I just want my son to have something to eat..
I go outside for 10 minutes because I’m aggravated. I come back and sit down two minutes later the manager comes over and tells me that nobody ever told her that I was upfront. .. I said that’s funny because I was standing right next to the girl when she told you. What food we did get was great.

Ordered the food for takeout and it was awful. Got it home and half the order was missing. The food was cold and I live a short distance from the restaurant(maybe 2.5-3 miles) so it didn’t get cold driving home. Called the restaurant and the manager said he would fix it be either replacing it or sending a coupon in the mail. I opted for a coupon thinking it would at least cover the food that was missing. Boy was I wrong. Sent one card with 5 dollars on it. That will barely cover a drink from there haha what a joke. Just goes to show how little they value the customers.

I ordered the turkey meal for $18.19 . Not only did I don't receive the whole meal , missing the mashed potatoes. They only gave me 3 tiny slivers of turkey. I have ordered from this location before and never had a problem. When I tried to call. The phone just rang and rang....

Everyone we came across in this store was in a terrible mood. I understand being stressed and busy. I’m a server myself. I would never have the attitude these people had no matter how bad my day was going. You never treat the customer as if they’re bothering you for any need or request they have. That’s exactly how we felt today from the hostess to the server…we were a bother. The icing on the cake though was when the check was dropped off. You could tell by the way we were dressed that we had been to church. It was the only time any smidge of niceness was shown and was topped off with a “you have a blessed day”. It just really struck me wrong. Needless to say, it will be a LONG time before I go back.

I had a take out dinner on Christmas Eve. Everyone was Super friendly and made sure our order was right.
Not managed well at all. Disorder and poor communication. Also, I got 2 of the family size orders of carrots (to go) that are for 12 people $30. After doing a quick look it was obvious that each person may only get 4 carrots. Went ahead and ordered 2 more. $60 for very good tasting carrots to only get one serving each.
