Closed. Actually walked in as the new owners were taking over. Another Mexican restaurant going in. What a surprise.
I ordered my food inside the one that tucked my order asked me to see if I was doing DoorDash.I told her no then she asked me if I was doing doordash , pick up and I said no then she asked me see if I need to make a order. And I said, yes then She proceeded to say i asked you if you need to make an order and you said no and I told her, you never asked me that. You asked me if I was doing door dash she tucked my order i waited twenty minutes for my order, because another associate has taken order and gave it to someone else and laughed about it
Ordered on door dash and the order was canceled by the washer, stuff happens. I reordered a complete new order and they refused to make it even though I had a receipt

after ordering and being seated in the dining room; staff came to our table where I was seated with my elderly, obviously disabled friend, and told us we had to get up and leave the restaurant that the dinng room was closed. when I asked for management we were then greeted with 3 people with burgrking uniforms telling us to get leave as if they were going to physically remove us if we didn't leave then, my mobility is good; my friends isn't , he does the best he is able to do with my help and isn't easily discouraged by those who would rather gather and talk about feeding their personal addictions; while watching obviously physically impaired elder persons enter a restaurant to eat, im struggling to support my former favorite burger joint since we experienced this and the lack of humanity in which it's shown, it's great to have employees and management harmonious on the same page, I know, if they could read the same books, it could be amazing!

Had a mobile order for drive-thru, got to the burger king and waited 20 minutes in the line just for them to say they don't have my order? Had to go back and forth with the drive thru worker about me paying for it already. Turns out they threw my order away! On top of that when I finally got my order and went to check everything out, my drink was definitely not full and I had no onion rings. I love the food but we have to do better, considering it wasn’t busy in the slightest.

Rude as can be. Food was cold. Gave me the wrong order. Can barely hear them in the speaker. I wouldn’t go there again if you paid me. The whole place is a joke.

Im so disgusted right now! I was eating lunch and i saw a individual (male) come out of the bathroom and scratch his buttcrack and didn't wash his hands and was about to make food y'all trying to give us Dieases (PLZ DON'T COME TO THIS BK)

If I could rate this place no stars I would. This place is so disgusting I wouldn’t even let a rat eat here. My food looked like it was rubbed on the floor and I found a curly medium black hair in my breakfast burrito. I seen a very tall skinny black individual make my sandwich with NO GLOVES. They also gave my attitude when I told them my order was wrong at first.

Food was hot, service was ok, but not very friendly, just kinda like they ignore you. One employee in particular. No thank you, and I asked for a couple ketchup and you'd think I'd asked for their check. Its just this one employee that acts this way. Its every time I go thru the drive thru and they're working.

Been a while since I had been to any BK and it did disappoint as well as remind me why it had been so long. The service from the individuals at the windows made the atmosphere not welcoming and was so unpleasant that I do not wish to see them again. My coffee lid slipped off when trying to move it around the car all was not spilled but a splash did come out and land hot on my leg wearing green Carhart pants fortunately not creating a stain. I also ordered large fries and the jalapeño cheddar cheese bites. The jalapeño cheese bites came out crispy and gooey inside and tasted fine but didn’t come with ranch or look as advertised.
The French fries were undercooked as well as limp white just warmed up enough to not be cold. So I ordered more fries at Wendy’s that came out crispy and hot since I had to stop there for my wife’s order.

I don't know who does the management hiring but they need a revamp. Had someone I know order food inside just after 9pm. Took until about 10pm to get food, didn't get all of the food, was ignored for about 20min, asked for the missing food and lady manger flips out over it, threatens to call the cops, and once all food was in bag the fries weren't even cooked but maybe half way. Not the first time for a bad experience either. People get places get busy but to flip out because your customer didn't get what they paid for??? Mhm something should change.

Ordered a large iced coffee and the blonde lady manager who made it put so much ice that there was not a lot of coffee in the drink! Went to the counter to ask her to put more coffee because there was so much ice in the cup and she refused because no refills on iced coffee!
Drive thru was not busy yet had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to take my order and 20 minutes to receive the sandwich and drink i ordered. Wouldn’t go back.

Ordered no salt on fries with a whopper. Woman at window repeated my order and I told her again NO salt on the fries. I get back to my hotel room and the fries were extremely salty and greasy I threw them out. The whopper was so greasy that the bun was wet, plus the burger was tossed on it half off the bun. Worse BK I have been to.
