Ordered via the mobile app. I usually have no problem doing so, save they forget my sauces 50% of the time. We ordered at 8:45 pm, 8 piece nugget meal, cotton candy cloud, mango peach lemonade and a medium fry, +4 zesty sauces. Service was prompt, but they put the drinks down in the bag which they have never done. My light ice lemonade was so full of ice there was about three sips. No sauces. And the icing on the cake was the the fries smelled and tasted like the smell of the men's bathroom floor. Straight old urine. The nuggets didn't have the smell, but they were flat and dried out.

Of course the information to do the survey was covered up with the bag sealing sticker, so here I am to complain like some ancient Karen. I simply do not wish anyone to ever experience pee fries. I spit them straight out, and smelled the rest. The container was even worse. Maybe they are stored near the employee restroom?

Worst drive thru experience in my 70 year life. On 8/6/2024 about 4:00. Placed order twice at speaker. Lady couldn’t hear and said pull to first window. No problem. I order Whopper Jr. without onions and ketchup. Very elderly lady kept saying Whopper Jr. no lettuce no ketchup. I tried to tell her four times and she said “pull forward to pick-up window, they’ll figure it out.” I paid her, pulled to second window and told young man what I ordered and he said”it’ll be $7.53.” I said I already paid at first window. He didn’t know what to do. After several minutes I just said “forget it keep my money.” Clearly a management problem. BK in Cannonsburg never a problem. I’ll avoid BK Ashland as long as I live. Terrible service, terrible experience. Hire the panhandlers outside. Maybe they did.

After they forgot part of my meal for the 40th time, I called back to complain. I was told I could just tell them my name the next time I'm in, and they would replace it. I came back after a few weeks, and now am accused of lying in front of everyone. I've spent hundreds, maybe thousands on Burger King over my life. Never again. Not after being treated so poorly.

The dinning area was not cleaned looked like it wasn't cleaned from night before tables were dirty and the bathrooms were horrible for this to be a newly redone restaurant you would think it would be kept cleaner then what it is plus food wasn't very good this time

The girl in the drive thru just basically threw the bag of food to us and turned her back to us walking off not even a thank you very very rude!!!! This happened on April 23, 2025 at approximately 8 pm at the Ashland Ky store

Modest Reviews

Drive-thru was a bit slower today than normal. Service was still good, super polite staff. All we got today was a couple of ice cream cones, but overall, we were satisfied!
