Every since they changed manners a yr ago. I hate having to order here.. especially in doors. Not one of the front counter people can't efficiently take an order and constantly tell customers it's the customers fault... Mind you I change nothing on sandwiches, my order is typically a combo and an extra sandwich. If my kids are with me. We all get the same combo. Seriously understand they are under paid and that understanding typically results in me just leaving .. no one wants to go back and forth with a stranger just to eat, I'm already paying cash

The people are great. It's just the consistently long drive through wait times that get you. I'm sure they are crazy busy and absolutely doing the best they can with what training provided. But sitting in the drive through for more than 20 minutes is a bit excessive. Just be prepared to wait, and also remember to be kind. ❤️

We had it delivered and they got the order all wrong our chicken fries were just normal fries, blue hairs in the whopper, they forgot to put cheese on the whopper, the fries were cold and they forgot a drink

Best place to get a Burger. Home of the Mighty Whopper. The workers must put Smiles in every sandwich cause that's how I always end up leaving. Super Satisfied. Especially with the Managers who are always Happy to help. I've personally seen Them walk food to elderly customers. Or customers with children. They have such a good relationship with there Customer base. People know them by name. Love eating here!
Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is perfect for the vegetarian in you with many options of adding or removing depending on you
Dietary restrictions: They give options for low carb. Aswell as facts on all nutrition they do and don't provide.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff. Clean eating environment. No playground. But they got the crowns and great choices for toys and desserts 🍨
Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility ♿️ easy in and easy out. Both bathrooms aswell are big enough for wheelchair use.
Although the structure is new, this location is extremely congested. Traffic is almost always. As far as the food goes, order accuracy is fair here.

The worst place to be at they make peoples drinks and pieces of the drink machine falls on they get it out with their bare fingers without their hands being washed and serve it right out the window then they purposely mess up peoples sandwich’s and talk to other employees about it like that’s funny or something I will drive all the way to Huntington before I go back to this place

Tried the new Whopper. The Fried pickle and ranch. I'm not sure what "fans" like it, but I don't. Very bland. Doesn't even resemble a Whopper or even come close to tasi g like one. Fries were cold. Drive thru was pleasant, and the cashires were super friendly.
