The drive thru staff is very friendly Oct 24th I placed an order for 2 five piece french toast sticks on my way to work.. get to work and they are rock hard.. chipped my tooth I will be looking into legal options to have my tooth repaired..

Very rude!!!!!! the person who took my order at the drive thru, was extremely rude and slammed the window shut before i could ask for a straw. then when i walked in, there was a girl in an employee uniform (Curly hair) being super rude about another employee, Kersty? i think. Calling her names and talking about her weight with this bald guy. I do not support this, i will not be coming back!!! That’s ridiculous.

Manager was very rude. I accidentally grabbed the wrong order and after I realized I walked backed up to the counter and apologized, giving back the order. The manager was in the background yelling at her crew saying cause someone grabbed the wrong order very rudely. I again apologized and she just rudely looked at me and continued doing what she was doing. Some times it helps to know that some people have things going on in their lives and that we all make mistakes.

I like the chicken fries very well. I love the taste of a Whopper with cheese, however makes me sick sincemy stomach surgery.So I switched to the chicken fries.
The fries tasted bitter... Like the oil was old. And the burger was just gross. They drenched it in ketchup and mayonnaise but the mayo tasted rancid. I love BKs burgers but even the meat tasted weird - not bad but just wrong. Completely dissatisfied. I ended up throwing it away, along with $12.82. The economy is only getting worse, prices continuing to rise but if the quality of your food doesn't improve I'll not be back.
I will say staff and management was great! Very professional and courteous. Thanks for that. I didn't ask for a refund, too far to drive but I did let them know and they said it will be fixed immediately.
