The fries tasted bitter... Like the oil was old. And the burger was just gross. They drenched it in ketchup and mayonnaise but the mayo tasted rancid. I love BKs burgers but even the meat tasted weird - not bad but just wrong. Completely dissatisfied. I ended up throwing it away, along with $12.82. The economy is only getting worse, prices continuing to rise but if the quality of your food doesn't improve I'll not be back.
I will say staff and management was great! Very professional and courteous. Thanks for that. I didn't ask for a refund, too far to drive but I did let them know and they said it will be fixed immediately.

The young man working behind the counter didn't know what he was doing and got half of our order wrong.I went back to get the problem corrected and he didn't understand that all I needed was a plain cheeseburger. They still messed up after I told them how to fix it the right way. We checked our receipt and he didn't even put them into the register right the first time. VERY FRUSTRATING

Terrible management. worked there for awhile and they told me i have to cover up scars i have on my arm or else i wasn't allowed to come back into work. these scars have been fully healed for years. there is no contamination risk and i can't control that they are on my body. if anyone knows if/how i can take legal action, let me know.

Food is a 2 star strictly because of the Egg and Cheese Croissant and Hashbrowns, the Lunch menu is never good at this location, food is either cold, undercooked, not made right etc.Service is a 2 star only because of an older blonde lady who typically works breakfast shifts! She is the sweetest lady!Atmosphere is a 2 star because the tables are never clean the times I visit.
