I have struggled to find a decent pizza place in this area. I had high hopes since this was a new pizza place other than the usual chain places or Giovannis. However, I was disappointed. We tried a cheese pizza (Port of Milwaukee), chicken bacon ranch pizza (Southern Port), a chicken alfredo pizza (Port of Parma), ham and pineapple pizza (Honolulu Port). I was not a fan of any of the four. In my opinion, the chicken bacon ranch and the ham/pineapple were inedible. The cheese and alfredo were edible but not enjoyable. I ended up throwing a frozen pizza in the oven for dinner instead.

Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly. Got two pizzas that were noticeably heavy with toppings when I picked them up. I got the Port of Genoa 14” that came with a slight up charge, but for that you get loaded down with pepperoni, ham, bacon and sausage. The sauce is sweet, which is how I like it and they cut their pies in squares. This place is giving the various other pizza shops in Ashland a run for their money. I was pleased and will definitely be back
