The best chicken on the planet!
Can't understand why they don't have more locations than McDonald's. And why I have three McDonald's and have to drive an hour to chick filet for good food.

Twice now I’ve not gotten my order from the drive thru. Disappointed in that, however, a great place to eat, just check your orders!!

Mark was really kind! Very apologetic although he had nothing to be sorry for. I didn’t mind to wait on food at all. Very sweet. Did his best to make up it going above and beyond

The food runners attitude at this restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Went last night after ordering a meal. I ordered a LG drink instead of a medium and the staff with the tablet already had issues so that’s probably where the discrepancy began (not her fault). Food runner handed my food to me and I politely insisted I ordered a large drink instead of medium and I reassured I would pay the difference from medium to large (I ORDERED A MEAL, DRINK PRICE IS 0.34). She proceeded to walk away with the medium drink then talk about me wanting a large drink that I paid for with a horrible disgusting tone…why do you have the audacity to talk about your customers that way? She came back with my card and a large drink, I thanked her and halfway down the road I realized she charged me 3.55 FOR A DRINK I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I called the restaurant and the manager Adam explained their process and refunded me right away. Adam, thank you for your politeness and patience. You are awesome! You immediately fixed the bad experience I had with other staff.

Very polite, efficient staff and consistently good food.
Kid-friendliness: They removed their play place and we hated to see it go. My kids loved that. That is why I removed a star- they really were disappointed when they took the curtain down and it was just another set of tables. We thought they were renovating the play area, not removing it completely.

We were very disappointed in the service last night. The employees were too busy having conversations with the other employee and not paying attention to us. We had to wait 5 minutes for our brownies because the girl was holding the bag in her hand and talking to another employee the whole time.

Shame on you Chick-fil-A.. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully!!! To be accused of being a liar! I only spent $90 some dollars tonight! Trying to be the good Mamaw/Mama I am… ordered food for all the kiddos and grandkids… one 30 count nugget going the one household and the other 30 count to another… I get to first stop and realize one is not in the bag.. so I called to let them know… they say sorry about that come on back we will replace what was left out… well.. in the meantime some idiot stopped in the middle of the road decided to reverse slam into me! Had to wait on police and report the accident… My nerves are shot at this point… I get back to Chick-fil-A check in at the drive thru… she’s like yes mam your order will be waiting at the window… then when I get to the window… some young cocky kid comes over and precedes to tell me he bagged them both together he knows he did… So basically calling me a liar!! At this point I’m so upset I’m in tears!!’ You lost a good loyal customer! I hope you don’t think it’s alright to treat people this way!!!! Sad and disappointed!
The new drive thru is not as easy to navigate and has slowed the process slightly but I'm hoping this irons itself out as time progresses. The food and service were excellent as always!
