Kid-friendliness: They removed their play place and we hated to see it go. My kids loved that. That is why I removed a star- they really were disappointed when they took the curtain down and it was just another set of tables. We thought they were renovating the play area, not removing it completely.

We were very disappointed in the service last night. The employees were too busy having conversations with the other employee and not paying attention to us. We had to wait 5 minutes for our brownies because the girl was holding the bag in her hand and talking to another employee the whole time.

Shame on you Chick-fil-A.. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully!!! To be accused of being a liar! I only spent $90 some dollars tonight! Trying to be the good Mamaw/Mama I am… ordered food for all the kiddos and grandkids… one 30 count nugget going the one household and the other 30 count to another… I get to first stop and realize one is not in the bag.. so I called to let them know… they say sorry about that come on back we will replace what was left out… well.. in the meantime some idiot stopped in the middle of the road decided to reverse slam into me! Had to wait on police and report the accident… My nerves are shot at this point… I get back to Chick-fil-A check in at the drive thru… she’s like yes mam your order will be waiting at the window… then when I get to the window… some young cocky kid comes over and precedes to tell me he bagged them both together he knows he did… So basically calling me a liar!! At this point I’m so upset I’m in tears!!’ You lost a good loyal customer! I hope you don’t think it’s alright to treat people this way!!!! Sad and disappointed!

The new drive thru is not as easy to navigate and has slowed the process slightly but I'm hoping this irons itself out as time progresses. The food and service were excellent as always!

Everything was great with service, efficiency, and cleanliness. Grateful the grilled chicken was Alpha-gal friendly. I'm just disappointed in the small and flattened size of the grilled chicken. Left me hungry and unsatisfied.

Took my 3 year old to use the women’s restroom - when a female employee entered the restroom and decided to call in a male employee to clean the restroom. I verbalized that myself and daughter were using the restroom and the male employee said “there are people in there” but proceeded to enter the restroom to begin cleaning anyways. I said “someone is in here” multiple times loudly to no regard. I stepped out of the stall and looked at the female employee and said “is it normal to have male employees enter the women’s restroom while it’s occupied to clean”.. this employee shrugged her shoulders and turned from me. I asked her to give me her name so this incident could be reported and she tried to turn away from me. I went to the manager on duty and explained what happened - to which she told me the situation would be handled. I asked the manager what was her idea of handling the situation and she proceeded to tell me “I don’t know, maybe a write up”.. This experience was very disappointing.

They do not create customers well at this location. A high-level of distrust of customers by employees. They claim to be religious, however, they do not act like it.
