This is the restaurant to go to if you want to be waited on by stuck up highschoolers who hate their job and act like they can't be fired. It's by far the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in Ashland. I noticed multiple employees touching food no gloves and they will fix their hair and go right on touching food without washing hands. My fries were cold, toast was okay, the strips I got were barely sauced because most of the sauce was actually on the outside of the box and over everything else in it. It was like they took a regular tender box and poured some sauce in the box over the food. I gave it back got a refund with no apology and left. I live almost 4 miles further from the other one but I will go there from now on. Pitiful.

I order honey bqq chicken basket my chicken was barely sauced it was cold and I ask and paid for extra ranch didn't get it my wofr or a chicken basket extra gravy didn't get the gravy she had cold fries spend $44 for bad a dinner

The last 2 times that I have gone to get food the cashier has been nice and the lady in the ice cream is great but that's as far as it goes. Both times I have ordered 2 bacon 2 cheese deluxe burgers and both times they have failed to put bacon on them. The fries I order well done but when I get them they are not they are like string cheese limpy. The food has also been cold. I know you all can do better

Awful. Ice cold, nasty, as well as old. Nkt to mention all three of our meals was ready, cooked, and at the table before we made our drinks. So it's safe to say it was already made b4 hand huh?
