The last 2 times that I have gone to get food the cashier has been nice and the lady in the ice cream is great but that's as far as it goes. Both times I have ordered 2 bacon 2 cheese deluxe burgers and both times they have failed to put bacon on them. The fries I order well done but when I get them they are not they are like string cheese limpy. The food has also been cold. I know you all can do better

Awful. Ice cold, nasty, as well as old. Nkt to mention all three of our meals was ready, cooked, and at the table before we made our drinks. So it's safe to say it was already made b4 hand huh?

I'm 72 and went through and got me and my husband he was at home. Got us 2 med peanut butter blizzard. One was full the other wasn't. But where I was by my self I ask if I could please have a lid and instead of a dome lid he put a flat lid and stuck his finger on mine and rake some of my ice cream out . And then I ask for a carrier because I have a new car and didn't want it to get on my car. And he act like he was about to die. Just for asking . I finally got it then he didn't say thank you he just shut the window real quick . Didn't say anything . You all need to go and train them over again . I worked. 42 yrs in foodservice and taught us how to treat Customer s .

This place has went way down hill. Biscuits out the microwave and boiled sausage. come on now If I wanted a jimmy dean breakfast then I would go buy it and microwave it my self

The breakfast chicken strips and gravy is awesome!
Never left a review in my entire life at 37 years old because I don’t like to complain. But the staff was so rude to me I was blown away…just ask nicely for a simple request and they acted like I was such an inconvenience. I know everybody has a bad day but I was a very nice customer please and thank you and they made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there.
