We’ve been going to dq for breakfast on sat & sunday for years bc they usually serve it till 11am. All the dq location in our area server breakfast on the weekend later & also serve biscuits & gravy all day long. For whatever reason they did not want to serve us breakfast bc they claim they don’t serve breakfast past 10:30 on weekends. It was only 10:50 am. It seems like they just didn’t wanna work to be honest. They was completely dead so you’d think it would help there business but what do I know 🤷🏻♀️ Also, I thought Hygiene was an important role. Especially being a manager. The manager looked like he just rolled out of bed. Face not shaved and clothes looked sloppy. I guess will just be going to other dq locations for here on.

This is how the peppermint bark mini blizzard was handed to me thru the drive thru window and I even said “awww come on now it’s not even full and that’s $4.27.” She just looked at me and I said wow that’s really disappointing and she said I know and smiled. Treat your customers better and serve like the advertisement shows 😏

Ordered 4 blizzards. Person at the windows used their bare hand to smash the cup into a cup holder. By the time I made them remake the blizzards that had been bare handed, the others had melted.

This is the restaurant to go to if you want to be waited on by stuck up highschoolers who hate their job and act like they can't be fired. It's by far the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in Ashland. I noticed multiple employees touching food no gloves and they will fix their hair and go right on touching food without washing hands. My fries were cold, toast was okay, the strips I got were barely sauced because most of the sauce was actually on the outside of the box and over everything else in it. It was like they took a regular tender box and poured some sauce in the box over the food. I gave it back got a refund with no apology and left. I live almost 4 miles further from the other one but I will go there from now on. Pitiful.

I order honey bqq chicken basket my chicken was barely sauced it was cold and I ask and paid for extra ranch didn't get it my wofr or a chicken basket extra gravy didn't get the gravy she had cold fries spend $44 for bad a dinner
