Always friendly serviceand great food. The Lobby was closed, so we went through the drive thru and placed an order. The employee rocked the customer service not only once but twice when we came back for our order. I'm just so grateful to be able to come to a restaurant and order a gluten friendly option and have a great atmosphere at the same time. Second time visiting and I'll keep coming back. Thank you. This was a great ending to my day

Lied and said they'd turn doordash back on but they didnt do it. Also the young girl who answers the phone is rude. The manager admitted they were closed and he didnt turn it back on. Some of us cant drive so doordash is all we got.

Pizza sucked as well as the cinnamon thing, the brownie they charge 3$ for is pre packaged 3”x3” ridiculous size for the money, along with the bread sticks was horrendous, worst pizza I have ever had,BURNED EVERYTHING, pizza crust hard, all forms of food was hard! I love how y’all comment on the good reviews but ignore this one! Look at that pizza, surely not acceptable? WTH

Ordered pizza and wings. Wings took over 20 minutes to get to the table. They would have never got there if we didn't ask. Also there was no apology about the wait. The food was good. But service was horrible
Me and my family went to donates for a late dinner and I would have to day that the food was great but the best thing there was the people they brought our food out nice and hot and we're prompt and courteous to me and my children,the manager a lady named keshea went out of her several timesway to check to see if we needed anything and to make sure we had a wonderful experience. It felt like we were at a family members house while we were there. So thanks again nonstop and especially Keshia a the staff that was there that day,I will definitely be coming back!!!

We brought our kiddos (10&12) for pizza because our daughter LOVES Donatos. The sweet girl at the counter brought our pizza to our table and a few minutes later my daughter went to move it and flipped her pizza. I ran inside to order another one, (our daughter is autistic and this could have potentially been a meltdown situation). One of the guys working in the back heard the situation and remade her pizza super quickly!! When the lady came back outside to give my daughter her pizza, (my daughter who was crying), saw that it was a little bigger and her tears turned into an instant smile. They also gave our kiddos cookies. Thank you Donatos in Ashland for being so kind to our sensory girl and being so amazing!
