What happened to Fat Patty's? We have been going here since it opened but it had been a few months since our last visit. The hamburgers had no flavor, they were the pre-pressed patties. It took forever for the food to come out and there were not many customers. The service was inattentive and I never noticed a manager going around checking with the customers to see how things were. The burgers used to be juicy and had a distinctive flavor, but no more. The quality of the food didn't match the price. The OG used to have 2 patties but now it's just 1 larger patty that looks like the Lil Patty. I hope they can turn it around.

The KY hospitality was not present tonight, only for an obnoxious regular which is one in same that was kicked out tonight. I pride myself as always treating people the way I like to be treated. A little kindness goes a long way for those that are special.

Me and my boyfriend went to your restaurant tonight we were seated and given a menu, the waitresses go to the back never asked for our drink order. She proceeded 10 mins later to seat another guest get the drinks explains that it after 10 so the menu change and can only order a few items as I'm listen to the she go promptly to get there dinks never even looks our wait we wait and then mins and still nothing so we get up and stand at the front I had to go to the bar to get a manager he did nothing and waved his had in the air he didn't even care that we never even got our drink well happy thanksgiving to you all u ruined my night thanks I'll be calling on after thanksgiving..I'm a General manager at another restaurant in town and all I can say no one show ever leave a place to go eat and leave feeling the way we did.

The server was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and really made the experience better. Our food came out pretty quickly, which was nice, but my burger was overcooked and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The tables and bathrooms were both pretty gross, and the hostess had a bit of an attitude when we first walked in. With some better cleaning and a friendlier welcome, this place could be great — the service from our waiter definitely saved the visit.

Foods been good so far the few times I went here. But their guest WiFi is terrible. I even signed off the network to use my unlimited data and you can’t get through The internet at all. They need to spend extra for the higher speed WiFi package.

Burgers were salty and just really unpalatable. I had the Dill and my friend had the cowboy. Neither of us enjoyed the meal. We also had the sweet potato fries. They were just about burnt. Overall, would absolutely not recommend eating here.
First time visiting was a sunday. They were out of many alcohol option but could have had a fast paced Saturday. Food was good, portions were sizable, and service was as expected. I would visit again.

Every single thing we ate was delicious! We tried a few different apps and burgers and we left happy and full. The only reason I'm giving this 4 instead of 5 stars is due to a safety concern. We were sat on the back patio and there is a step down that I feel needs to be marked with a yellow line or something. Coming from inside, that step blends in with the floor and if our server hadn't warned us of that step (thank you) I wouldn't have seen it.

We love the food. It's delicious every time. But the customer service is continually awful. Bartender rolled her eyes at me when we asked for them to turn down the music on a weekday at lunch. I have sensory issues. Today we ordered a pizza to go and no one seemed to be able to help my husband or take payment. They will stand there knowing good and well you're waiting to be seated or waiting to pick up food and just not even acknowledge your existence.

They shut down the grill early and it limited the food we could order severely. Our fries were burnt, the tenders were hard and overcooked too. The server was lovely, and I don't blame her for the terrible food, but just won't be coming back again.
