Almost the longest I've waited for any type of food. As a doodash driver that's already underpaid, a little order that I already wasted in gas prices to leave my car running is utterly unacceptable. At this point I'm getting complaints from those that need to recieve their orders. I deeply suggest a review on their order processing system.

It was our first time visiting this Giovanni’s, the food was great and the service was outstanding. The Man that waited on us was kind and very accommodating. We will definitely go back.

I love this place it's very family friendly. Very quiet, the food is good quality as well as there's more then 1 or 2 kinds of pizza to choose from as well as pasta, a salad bar , and plenty of toppings combinations for the pizza, they also have spaghetti and alfredo, and my husband's favorite of course is the apple pie type dessert pizza they have . Staff are friendly and helpful and also give you your space.

The buffet was full and hot! Robert even made me a couple of pizzas. Delicious!!

Just got what was supposed to be a ham calzone only to get it home and there is no ham and it was falling apart. Every time we go here something is wrong. Will not be back! Absolutely incompetent people who work here!

Stopped in today for the lunch buffet. The staff was super friendly and the food was soooo good! Everything was fresh and they also make pizzas to order! Highly Recommend!

I don't recommend the Giovannis Downtown Ashland we first ordered are pizza they got it wrong they charged me for someone else's order then when I called them they where supposed to make it right so I gave them that opportunity before coming on here and making up my mind whether I would ever go back or not but they couldn't get the other pizza right they gave us the same kind they made when they screwed it up in the first place which that pizza was a veggie pizza

We tried out the Downtown Giovannis in Ashland my boyfriend called our pizza in a 19 inch supreme we just wanted half with no mushrooms that's not hard to understand if you got common sense but we got a veggie pizza instead then they charged me for some one else's order so I called they was supposed to make it right ok I gave them that opportunity but they messed that pizza up to they gave us other veggie pizza I won't go back and I don't recommend them them at unless a veggie pizza is what you cause that's all they seem to know how to make

It's always messed up. Every......single.....time.....
Yes they offer replacements, but how many times they gonna be Kool with giving away food when they keep messing up JUST ONE FREAKING SUB!!!!!!!
