Giovanni’s was recommended to me by a coworker who is a local resident! He bragged this place up every time we talked about where to eat dinner while up here working. So I decided to try it and I can honestly say I was not disappointed! The portions were large and the prices were reasonable! The Owners were very friendly and talked with me and a co worker for a few minutes! Very genuine people! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Italian food and is in the area!!!
Thank you for your hospitality!!!!

Great food there times of closing say 11 and thinking oh they close at 11 get in set down oh there buffet closes at 9 while waiting on 2 other people to show up they need to either change the buffet to the time they close at 11 or close the inside at 9 wasted 40 min drive here.

If I could rate a negative I would. This store is awful. I order over 60 dollars worth of food to feed my family to get burnt bread. Thank you. And when I called to ask to fix the problem they blamed Doordash. Doordash did not make the pizza. They only delivered it. Your store got profit for something they knew they couldn't be held accountable for . I do not recommend using a third party to deliver from here cause they do not care about how they treat your food value knowing they can't be held accountable. Had I not been down on my luck I would.have drove over myself to order edible food

The waitress was slow and forgetful, took her 15 minutes or more to take our drink order, then another 10 to bring the wrong drinks. It was not busy, 4 other tables besides us, and everyone was getting buffet besides me, so they were serving themselves, only 2 pluses to the visit, I was able to order a pizza bowel and the gentleman that checked us out was very nice. But service was terrible. I think it will be a long time before I go back if ever.

Large pizza , some onion over 1 and a half inches long, crust not done, like eating raw dough!!!! Had to heat in oven and remove onions before it was eatable!!! Worst pizza I have had in a long time!!!!! Looking for better place to get good, eatable pizza!!!!!
The owners are very good people. However the management staff is completely on the other side of good.
Do yourself a favor and check the pizza on the counter before you leave. Make sure it’s what you ordered.
I ordered a pizza on 9-26-25 3:55 pm.
I arrived at 4:20 expecting the pizza coming out of the oven nice and hot. To my surprise it was on top of the oven. They seemed really busy and I thought how is my pizza done so fast. I should have checked it! When I got home and ordered the box, it was not what I paid for and not only that it looked like it had been setting quite a while. I should have gone to Flatwoods Giovanni’s.

Worst Giovannis ever. Compared to other Giovannis store's it's night and day. The meatball sub is totally different than the blackburn ave. Giovannis sub. And their pizza is undercooked and never enough sauce. And the baked spaghetti? It was simply noodles and baked mozzarella. It tasted like crap. Stay away. Order from the Blackburn ave. Store.
