A manager told me she would give me 50% off a plain cookie cake because they decorated mine wrong completely not what i asked for ( pictures in details ). went to pickup and was told by Aaron ( a worker ) they weren’t doing that and that the manager had left they refused to call the manager was rude and said “ they were busy helping other customers. i will NEVER be back. i was told they could do what i asked for. IF YOU CANT DO WHAT YOUR ASKED FOR SAY NO WE CANT DO THAT DONT RUIN A PARTY BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE.

We have used Great American Cookie for special occasions for several years. Unfortunately, today our order was taken and prepared incorrectly. Of course I wasn’t happy and down to the wire with time. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the store manager who was quick to make everything right and find a quick solution.

Their cookies and cookie cakes are pretty good but for a 16 inch cookie cake it is $36.99 so they are pretty expensive but other than that they are pretty good I don’t understand why they are so expensive if you’ve never tried it give it a try. They are good.
The Pumpkin Spice cookie & Double Chocolate cookie were just fabulous. Really sweet & flavorful. Fun & delicious. ???

We have ordered here before with no issues. This time we are not pleased. #1 this wasn’t made in a pan. It was pushed out to that size. So the sides are all different sizes and not straight at all. #2 we never asked for the polka dots. He hates polka dots. #3 the words and picture isn’t even centered. #4 That’s supposed to be a four wheeler but it doesn’t look close to one at all. Won’t be coming back.

Went to pick up my birthday cake from Great American Cookies and every single aspect of it was wrong except the rainbow on it… Not even the right cake. Happy Birthday to me. ?The man who made it made excuses and was rude, also to the other employees about it. Don’t you check how it’s supposed to be made before you make it? I’m so disappointed.They said they would give it to me half off tomorrow, which isn’t my birthday anymore obviously. I will never be buying a single thing from here again. Excellent service!I was supposed to pick up a cake at 4:00, but I got there at 3:55 and they said they accidentally broke the cake the first time. It was a super large cake with lots of words, so that made sense - it seemed to be a larger size that they don't do as often. So they said I should come back at 4:45I came back, it appears that they hadn't started on the cake yet. I discover that the second one had ALSO broken. So I waited for them to finish making the third version.They gave me a whole sampler of cookies while I waited, and even checked on me to see if I wanted a drink! I was just appreciative that they went through all the effort to make the difficult cake turn out right! It did end up taking until 5:20 before the cake was ready, but considering the original pickup window was 4:00 - 5:00 and I got such great service I'm very pleased with how it turned out!

We did the buy 5 get 1 free, because we always love the cookies. I bit into one of the cookies while waiting on our smoothie and it was hard! I asked the lady when they were baked and she said everyday? I told her there was no way because it was hard and she said it is probably just a "harder" cookie??? Apparently all 6 of ours are "harder" cookies?

Ashland American cookies will not sale 10 chocolate chip cookies because they want to keep the 20 cookies they have on display. I was refused service for asking for 10 cookies.
