We have used Great American Cookie for special occasions for several years. Unfortunately, today our order was taken and prepared incorrectly. Of course I wasn’t happy and down to the wire with time. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the store manager who was quick to make everything right and find a quick solution.
Their cookies and cookie cakes are pretty good but for a 16 inch cookie cake it is $36.99 so they are pretty expensive but other than that they are pretty good I don’t understand why they are so expensive if you’ve never tried it give it a try. They are good.
Excellent service!I was supposed to pick up a cake at 4:00, but I got there at 3:55 and they said they accidentally broke the cake the first time. It was a super large cake with lots of words, so that made sense - it seemed to be a larger size that they don't do as often. So they said I should come back at 4:45I came back, it appears that they hadn't started on the cake yet. I discover that the second one had ALSO broken. So I waited for them to finish making the third...
