Jerk Riley’s Billiards and Irish Pub

My family enjoy this place, clean environment and good people. I shoot pool with my son (16) often and it has great tables and a super good vibe. Joe and Travis are a cut above the rest when it comes to service! Can’t talk about the nightlife of the place but during the day and afternoon it’s the place to be.

A couple weeks back on a weekday I had a server named Emma and as a server myself I could not imagine treating one my guest the way she treated me. I tried multiple times to get her attention to ultimately get ignored and was given dirty looks. I truly just wanted to have a good time but the way I have been treated by staff for simply trying to order a drink I will not be showing up as often bc the servers being kind to guests has declined drastically since they have first opened and I have loved this place but I will start going to Murphys because the staff will actually treat me like a human being.

I went on a quiet Thursday so the atmosphere is only low because well, it was very quiet. My partner and I sat at the bar and had lovely service from the bartender. We were slightly confused though, the bangers and mash were an absolute 10/10. My shepherds pie was more potato than anything, and the actual filling was bland, so bland we sent it back and I just finished my partner's dish. It was clear there is skill in the kitchen, but it was also clear that not all the dishes got the same treatment.

Great atmosphere and live music . We only visited for drinks and a good time so I can’t comment on the food. The service was great (I can’t remember our server’s name) but she was fantastic! She was super attentive and made sure our glasses were always full! I would definitely return!

I've been here on two separate occasions. The first visit was St Patrick's Day 2025. My husband and I came in a little late, around 9:30 pm. We ordered two beers and two shots (he got Jameson orange and I got Four Roses small batch). We ordered a decent amount of food. We got the loaded keg tater tots, a shepherds pie, bangers w/ mash and a cup of potato soup. Everything came out cold...like refrigerated cold. Our tab on this occasion was around $120. Our bartender drop our food/drinks off and ignored us the rest of the visit.
Most recently, I came in by myself after work on a Saturday night to kill some time. I ordered 2 Coors lights and 2 shots of Benchmark, which I was told was the house bourbon. This bartender was really nice and attentive. However, my card was charged when I went outside to smoke. I saw immediately on my statement that my bar tab was $15, plus a $5 tip. The very next day, my card was charged an additional $24 and some change. I didn't order food or anything else besides what I've mentioned. I was told this was a good local spot to hang out, but being out $165 for having a bad experience, I don't think I will be back.

The food is great, but the music was so loud I got tired of trying to hear what people were saying. Then drunk person broke a glass on the floor at the table next to us and it took at least 25 minutes to clean it up.

Rarely do I give poor reviews, but this was obviously a bad day to be there for the first time. Asked for a certain beverage, only to find out they was out of it. Asked for a Mt. Dew, only to be told they was out of it also...so, I decided on water! Ordered the Shepherd's Pie, not a good selection at all. The beef was tough, and it was more of a soup than anything. Liked the atmosphere, but unfortunately that was it...maybe it's better at night!
