The manager at the Winchester Ave. store in Ashland refused to allow me to order because I questioned the policy on replacing a breast because it was left off my previous order. I was told that even though the manager I was talking to was the one that took that order but I didn’t call and complain at the time, I WAS a regular, he refused to replace it. I asked for a silverware so I could eat my food and the woman was very rude and then some one that works at kfc texted me on messenger and was very rude this is the last time I am eating there
