I was released from the hospital late yesterday evening and was hungry. Some KFC sounded good. The only problem was we got there at 9:57 and they closed at 10:00, so we knew the pickings would be slim.
They just happened to have exactly what my wife wanted and all I was going to eat were side meals. They hooked us up and made me a nice meal. Even showing up that close to closing, the workers weren't angry. They were quite polite considering what time it was.
Management and even Corporate should be told about their professionalism. They deserve a raise.

Food is great 👍 BUT, am I the only one who NEVER gets my entire order!! 🤨😤🤬 They weren't busy at all. I was the only one going through the drive thru. Attention Management.....!!!!! Do your employees know how to read? This seems to be a common occurrence.

Just went there and ordered two 12 piece nuggets. Not the meal, just nuggets. Over $48. Absolutely not. Cancelled the order and left. They're insane if they think chicken nuggets are worth that much

455pm waited 10 minutes to take order. Noticed 2 cars parked on side of drive thru. I ordered the $20 family 7 piece chicken meal. Add Chicken breast on side with LG coleslaw. Technically at all KFC'S ,that are run correct. 7 piece is 1 breast 2 thighs 2 wings 2 legs. This coming from Regional!!!! Yeah I know people. I took a video of the order I got. Bucket had 2 breasts and 6 little tiny wing's. While opening up the sides There was a long brown hair in one of the Leg potatos , and my God the coleslaw tastes spoiled. The biscuits hard as a rock. We threw everything away I got a text telling me my next KFC meal is free with phone number and code for the next manager. This place needs to just be shut down. To Slow, unable to perform duties correctly, making orders incorrectly .Don't know how to drop chicken before dinner rush. Don't turn biscuits after setting from lunch. This place doesn't even deserve a quarter ⭐. I would give it a FFF+

Do not eat here if you care about basic hygiene AT ALL! While I was waiting on my food an employee (that has been in there for awhile) walks out of the bathroom while flushing. Didn't wash his hand, had his headset on and all. The manager didn't seem to understand what the problem was when I told her to cancel my order. She said "but I'm bagging up your food, not him". Then continued to make excuses for why it wasn't a big deal. I'm assuming since the manager also thought it was fine that NONE of them wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting! They didn't even have the decency to wear gloves.

Three years now there has not been a single time where I have gotten a complete order. Literally not a single time of coming to this place. The strips are never done properly or maybe left for a very long time each time in a warmer perhaps. If I could just one time get my entire order the first try that would be amazing and I now understand why they never have any sort of line in the drive through.
