I ordered online and waited until it said my order was done. Then when I walked in they proceeded to say they were waiting on tenders, so I walked back out to my car to wait a little while longer. mind you I’m parked by the drive thru and have my window down, so I can hear what everyone is ordering and see them getting their stuff. So a few minutes go by and cars start pulling through the drive thru and I heard one of them order a 10 piece tender, the person on headset didn’t say anything about a wait, so that means they have tenders. I go inside and ask about my food, they say they’re still waiting on tenders. So they literally gave out all the tenders to the drive thru after they were done. Cause at this point it had been 40 minutes of me waiting for my food and I gave them a good 10 minutes for tenders to be made even though I’ve worked in fast food and know it doesn’t take this long. They also had multiple other people in there waiting for the same thing. By the time I got my food it had been an hour plus. And the employees or manager were not apologetic about it at all. They seemed more annoyed than anything.

This was either my first time here or it's been so long that I don't remember ever being here before. I didn't like the parking lot at night time, maybe I entered the wrong way. Slipt as went in the door but it was wet and raining out, I did let a lady know she put a yellow caution sign by the door. Things I seen and noticed once I walked in, it looked small, went to the restroom and the water was running in the sink, floor was nasty and had wet water or something running from somewhere, I couldn't get the cold water on to wash my hands and the water that was already running was so hot it was painful to wash my hands, I couldn't get the hot water off so I had to leave it running. At the counter everyone was in the back I guess, after a few minutes I left, I was already debating to eat there after I walked through the door. I definitely will not go back not because no one was upfront to take my order but because of the way the bathroom was and I already didn't like the way it felt and looked when I first walked in, I don't know not taken care of kind of atmosphere or something. I was thinking how do people eat here and had I gone through the drive through instead of walking in I probably would have ate there not knowing how the inside looked and was.

Store was super dirty. My feet stuck to the floor waiting for my mobile order. Every table was dirty, as was the fountain pop area. We order a 4pc dunk bucket and a 10pc double dunk. No buckets as shown with the dips, so we didn't get most of the dips. Tenders were weird, almost under done consistency. We spent $50 and hardly fed the family. Don't waste your money here, get chicken at Kroger or Food Fair. So disappointed

Took 10 minutes to order. We were the first ones in line. Took about 25 minutes for our food to be ready. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Used app to order food and set it to be ready at 6 pm. I Arrived at 5:56. My food was not bring out to the pick up area inside on the front counter till 6:32 I had notice a bucket sitting on the counter since I had been there guess who they gave it to? So I asked if I could please get a fresh bucket because that one had been setting out in the open for over 30 min. The first worker tried to make excuses then the manger said I got it took it to the back for 15 minutes and brings me the same bucket so yeah I will never go back

The food is amazing especially the chicken pot pies the service is not as great but the food makes up for it they have a clean lobby clean facility overall just kind of awkward service
