Never been this disappointed in SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES in my life! Was there a little before 9pm and two employees REFUSED to do their jobs and make certain items bc they were closing soon (HENCE THEY HAD AN HOUR TO GO) a pot pie takes 22 minutes…. They told us NO basically with a BIG attitude. Then they refused to make GRAVY for a famous bowl when they had 55 more minutes til close. Both employees were rude as all get out and slinging hands up bc they had to make something. RIDICULOUS I worked for this company for YEARS I know the rules and so does my mother being a manager for 12 years! Won’t be getting our food from THIS KFC no more. The manager wouldn’t even come to the window! What a JOKE !

Pot pies were placed in the oven upon ordering. They were delivered hot out of the oven. Well worth the 15 minute wait. Keep up the good work. Definitely will be back.

Pulled up to the speaker where our order was taken at 10:12. And yes a woman came on the speaker and asked to take our order when then waited 5 minutes at the speaker so we pulled around to the window and waited about 7-8 minutes and someone came to the window and said they didn't open for another 15 minutes. So my confusion is why take our order? Why didn't she say they didn't open for a while.

Ordered a 12 piece meal for a family of 4. The chicken taste like old grease. 10 minutes after eating it 3 people vomited. Just called the store and talked to the manager who told she has no idea how the chicken vould be bad, but if I drove back out there she would give fresh. Not I interested in vomiting any more. That's a hard pass!
