Whether through drive thur last night 12/4 at 830 pm and there was 3 people in front of me and when I got to the speaker was told it was closed. But they don't close until 10.30. So I had to get food from somewhere else and it sucked

This is by far the BEST KFC that we’ve ever experienced. We stopped in tonight and as always it was a wonderful experience. You’re employee Thomas went absolutely above and beyond not just with us but with every customer in the store, I had to let Mr. Thomas know what a great job he’s doing for you’re company and so did other customers in the store, Thomas needs great recognition for doing such a outstanding job for you all at store #K198013… Thank Y’all for another wonderful experience God Bless

They handed me a 2 piece instead of a 4 piece and then when they handed me the 4 piece they forgot the Biscuits, and the place inside is usually filthy and has greasy tables.

This is the best KFC for MILES. EXCELLENT SERVICE TONIGHT. Use the app for 10$ 8 piece bucket. Dig around the app for it. You'll find it.

It took 15 minutes to get 2 crunchy Tacos. By the time my son received his Tacos my chicken dinner was cold. It doesn't take that long to slap a spoon of meat and sprinkle some cheese on a taco and send it out. They either need better management or better quality of workers. Maybe both. I could maybe understand if this was an isolated incident but it happens everytime we go there. So we stopped going there. Now we drive all the way to Kenova, WV taco bell. It is awesome!
