Canceled my order as soon as it was confirmed. Guess they got busy and gave up. Love that I get to wait 3 days to get my money back because I paid for an order they couldn't be troubled with. Really made my pregnant girlfriend's day.

I placed a door dash order They cancelled my order I wasn't given the option to refund only to order something else , After waiting for 35 minutes I called LJS they said they don't have my order I called the driver ,she was at LJS , and I heard her say for Angel? So she lied

The food wasn't good, the coleslaw wasn't cut up, the waffle fries are gross.
I am 73 yrs old. Have bought hundreds of LJS Fish and more dinners for family over the yrs. At the LJS in Ashland Ky today at 3:01 PM my wife and I purchased the absolute pile of grease fish of all times. This fish was terrible. We had just left KDMC Cancer clinic and hadn't eaten since early breakfast. We pulled through drive through and placed order. When we pulled up to the window it was kind of blocked off so you could not see inside. I think it was bad glass. It looked trashy. The meal was trash. $25.61 wasted!

We’ve been getting lunch from this location for the past few weeks and has always been spot on, hot and fresh. Today is a different story, ice cold chicken. Called and spoke with the “manager” and was placed on hold twice. Then told me to bring the food and the receipt back and they would remake it. Nah, I’m good.. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

I was craving Long John’s so I stopped to get dinner. There were 4-5 cars in front of me but I patiently waited. I ordered two fish and chicken platters and told the guy working I wanted cocktail sauce and vinegar. He told me to wait until I got to the window to order sauce. So I did. I told the guy I wanted SEVERAL OF BOTH for each meal since my boyfriend and I eat cocktail on chicken and fries and vinegar on fish. HE said he gave us what I asked for. To be sure, I checked before I pulled out and could only find two packs of ketchup (I don’t like). So I stopped and waited for him to acknowledge me. He opened the window and seemed annoyed I hadn’t left and I told him he didn’t give me cocktail or vinegar. He starts arguing that he did. He said it was in the packages so I opened the boxes, spilling food everywhere and there was none so he handed me two packets of vinegar and ONE little cup of sauce. He refused to give me any more sauce!! After spending $30 for some fish and tiny little chicken nuggets. (See photos) So I went home after a long day at work to eat my one piece of fish and two little chicken things and I got in my stash of Captain D’s cocktail sauce and vinegar to eat my food. PS my boyfriend found a nasty hair in his coleslaw that was not mine. Not eating at this location again! Sadly.
