Dont waste your time we waited for a very long time which would not have been the problem but our server at the bar ignored us so instead of waiting another 5mins tops when we were seated we waited over an hour to get our food. Everyone has a bad day but this was just pure laziness. Again dont waste your time!

I ordered the big 20 ounce bone in ribeye online and my wife picked it up. Curbside brought it home. A salad was great. The bread was great. The sweet potato was perfect, but unfortunately the steak was full of grizzle, but I called and talked to Brook the manager, and she was very kind and gave me a $40 gift card so that was very nice of them

Waited two hours and 15 minutes on Valentine’s Day for a table. Was expecting fantastic steak and what we got wasn’t bad but average. My wife was served asparagus that looked and tasted like it was just freshly picked. The waitress was nice and replaced it with a better version. Overall, the food and experience was good was just hoping for better.

Over priced and got a steak that looked to be only cooked on one side. One side was burnt the other was raw. Worst steak I have had ever sorry will go to roadhouse now if I want a sreak because it's over priced and if I spend 100 dollars I expect to get a good steak and good service which I got neither.

Let me start this review by saying that Longhorn is one of our favorite steakhouse chains. We almost always have great experiences at Longhorn. We have only eaten at this particular location (Ashland KY) twice. This is the only location we’ve had problems. On this occasion we took our 17 year old son out for dinner for his birthday. We all ordered our steaks medium. I got the ribeye, my wife got the filet with lobster tail and my son got the New York strip. We got an appetizer and the waitress brought it quickly. We enjoyed that and waited for our steaks. And waited. And waited some more. Just when I thought maybe we had been forgotten they finally brought our plates out. We were amazed at how over cooked our steaks were. These were beyond well done. They were probably a few minutes away from being able to be labeled as beef jerky. We don’t normally complain at restaurants and certainly never send anything back, I’ve heard too many stories about what cooks do to food that gets sent back (not taking any chances). So when we get undercooked or overcooked food (it happens, not a big deal) we normally just eat it anyway if it’s edible, we prefer medium but medium rare or medium well will not get a complaint from us. But these steaks were so done there was no juices in them at all. The waitress came by and ask how is everything and my wife explained the problem and showed her the steaks. She was sympathetic after seeing the grey leather on my wife and son’s plate and said they would grill them up two new steaks, she offered for me too but I declined and started the chewing process on my dehydrated ribeye (again I don’t want anyone cooking my food a second time, there are too many passive aggressive people out there). So their new steaks come out, my son’s New York strip was perfect this time. My wife’s filet was nuked again. The waitress had her cut it while she was there to see how it was and it was like that turkey on the Christmas Vacation movie. My wife never even said anything, the waitress just said let me get the manager, that’s how bad it was. The manager comes out and he did not impress. He offered to grill a third steak but the damage was done. He looked at my wife’s steak, I think he wanted to say it wasn’t over but after he looked it he realized there was no arguing that. They did end up comping my wife’s meal but really my son’s birthday dinner was ruined for all 3 of us. The only high spot was the waitress. We left her a good tip because this wasn’t her fault. That’s 2 strikes for the Ashland location for us. There won’t be a third. We are done here. There is a Longhorn location just a bit further up the road from us in Barboursville WV that has never let us down. I just messed up trying to save a few minutes of drive time.

Two times in a row we had a bad experience. 1st time a hair grilled on the steak (they paid for our food). The second time my steak was burned so badly the outside tasted like a burnt marshmallow. Disappointed.

The food was great, probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time but the service was horrible. Our waitress would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time we couldn’t get refills and when she brought our food she sit it down and ran off before we could ask for A1 so we finally got tired of waiting and asked another server to get us some and clear the empty bread platter and the empty appetizer plate and salad plates that was still left there, then we got tired of waiting on a check and used mobile pay and asked another server once again to get us boxes.. the good food wasn’t worth the bother of trying to get refills, A1 or the check and boxes

Attempted to dine at Longhorns in Ashland KY we drove over an hour to the restaurant when we were 15 minutes away we added our name to the wait list. When we arrived at the restaurant we immediately attempted to check in with the hostess but we're told we were not on the list. I went to check the website to show her where we has been added to wait list. It popped up and said it had expired. When I asked the hostess about this she replied that we expire them after 5 minutes. My mother is in a wheelchair and I feel like when they saw this she quickly marked it expired and said we were not on the list. I had checked the website just before we walked up to the hostess stand and it still said we were on the wait list. This happen on a Saturday afternoon around 4:15 PM. The restaurant was busy at this time due to one of the local schools having their homecoming dance.

We waited 50 min for our order. French fries warm and rubbery, baked potato barely warm hamburger steak looked like a flatten hamburger patty. They delivered out all meals except one and that one was delivered around 5 min later. No one in party happy with there meal.

I am surprised it took me so long to go here. It has stiff competition with restaurants in the area, but is still very much worth the visit.
