Good food. I only ordered side dishes as I wasn't that hungry. The Brussel sprouts were amazing! Service was ok, you could tell our wait staff was having a bad day, which happens.

This is the second time we have been seated at the booths by the bar and have waited over 10 minutes each time to even get our drink order taken. Today I had to go to the hostess stand to even see if we had a server in this section. The hostess got our drinks, which was water. The guy shows up to take our order and I think it’s sad that they have him working the bar as well as the tables around the bar.My wife had to go to the bar to ask if we could place our order and he finally came to the table to do so. They need to do better about this, especially on a Friday night!! We also had to go back to the bar and ask for our bill so we could pay when we were ready to leave. I called the restaurant after we left to speak with management, so it didn’t look like I was causing a scene and the lady answering the phone, put me on hold and no one ever picked up. The Ashland location needs to do better.

We ordered an appetizer. It took over 30 minutes. Waiter said he took It off our bill bc it took so long. Then our meal took An hour. It was Monday night and not busy at all. Food was very good but the wait for our food was ridiculous.

The service was wonderful. The food came fast and was hot when it arrived. My sister's steak was a little dry. But, everything else was very good. Especially the bread! The restaurant did have a bad odor of wet, dirty carpet that was very off-putting. A restaurant should smell like delicious food or nothing at all. It might be time to switch out the floor covering!

Order on line. they text and sad it was ready for pickup. So We drove around to the pickup .let them know we were at number 2 pickupspot. and we sat in the car 20 minutes and when I got out to go inside to get it . he bought it out piss pore survive.

Went to dinner with 2 friends. I had parm crusted chicken, Brussel sprouts and sweet potato. Excellent! One of the people at our table got steak, mushrooms, onions and the whole thing was inedible. Overly cooked, slimey. A manager came by and fixed it for her. Overall a satisfactory resolution, but she didn't get to enjoy her meal with us.
They need to train the cooks they cannot cook a steak correctly , you ask for medium well it comes out well. Good restaurant , good food, steaks never come out correctly.

Dont waste your time we waited for a very long time which would not have been the problem but our server at the bar ignored us so instead of waiting another 5mins tops when we were seated we waited over an hour to get our food. Everyone has a bad day but this was just pure laziness. Again dont waste your time!

I ordered the big 20 ounce bone in ribeye online and my wife picked it up. Curbside brought it home. A salad was great. The bread was great. The sweet potato was perfect, but unfortunately the steak was full of grizzle, but I called and talked to Brook the manager, and she was very kind and gave me a $40 gift card so that was very nice of them

Waited two hours and 15 minutes on Valentine’s Day for a table. Was expecting fantastic steak and what we got wasn’t bad but average. My wife was served asparagus that looked and tasted like it was just freshly picked. The waitress was nice and replaced it with a better version. Overall, the food and experience was good was just hoping for better.

Over priced and got a steak that looked to be only cooked on one side. One side was burnt the other was raw. Worst steak I have had ever sorry will go to roadhouse now if I want a sreak because it's over priced and if I spend 100 dollars I expect to get a good steak and good service which I got neither.
