Undercooked burger. Staff was kind, there was a wait in the drive thru which doesn’t bother me at all, but if I have to wait an extra 5 minutes and be told to pull up to the next spot to wait one my food, I’d like it to be cooked🫠😬

Wow. Disappointed in the way they slapped my sandwich together. I know the steak egg bagle can be messy but sauce all over the place and the egg about to fall out...... I would have returned it if I had not already left and been on the road.

I came thru the drive thru today (02 Dec 2025 @11:46). I ordered food for myself and my wife and son. What a surprise they forgot my wife's grinch fries but gave her the mixing bag and seasoning. They made my Big Mac wrong even though it had the sticker on the box. I had to put the lids on the drinks because the employee didn't bother, they were just sitting on the cups. I can't stand when I don't get the basic service I paid for. The owner should do something about this terrible service.

Employees are always nice and friendly going through the drive thru but you have to always make sure they put the sauce in the bag. The food on the other hand usually tastes old and the fries are overwhelmingly salty, sometimes non edible

On July 24, I placed an order that included a Filet-O-Fish sandwich along with other items for my kids. Unfortunately, the sandwich was missing from my bag when I got home. I reached out to McDonald’s, and I was told my name would be taken down and that the next time I came through the drive-thru, I could receive the sandwich free of charge since I had already paid for it.
When I went through the drive-thru recently and explained the situation, the employee asked who I spoke with. I told her I believed it was a manager. She said she would check, but in the end, I was still charged again for the sandwich.
This was very disappointing, especially since I was told it would be taken care of. As a manager myself, I understand the importance of customer service and following through on commitments. I expected better, and I hope steps are taken to improve communication and follow-up so situations like this don’t happen again.
Im so glad it's pumpkin pie time!!! You can never go wrong with some pumpkin pies and an ice cone. Yummy! I go every day for a snack

I usually dont make it a habit to complain online. But after the 3rd time in a freaking row, these people messing up my food, I feel like I should.
The other night, I got a quarter lb no cheese, deluxe. It was a regular quarter with cheese, not a deluxe. Last night, I went thru and got a large fry, asked for it to be well done, told them they could double dip, that im Kool with that. They was freaking cold as soon as I got them. 😒🙄 And now, tonight. About 30 mins ago. I order a med fry, well done, spicy mchicken extra mayo, & a mcdouble, with a side of Mac and ranch & salt and pepper.
Fries taste like shit, go figure...... Mchicken is freaking cold, & the McDouble, is basically a plain mcdouble, I didnt ask for plain. It BARELY had ANYTHING on it. It was rather freaking gross. & I point blank asked this drive thru witch for RANCH, Please tell me why there's ketchup in my bag but surprise surprise, no ranch, I even offered to pay for the damn ranch.
Im getting extremely tired of wasting my damn money on food thats not even close to being eatable, or even close to what I ordered and paid for. Smh. Apparently fast food needs a rocket scientist now, cuz these people make this shit look hard. & ive managed fast food before. Shit ain't hard man.
