When I worked at McDonald's we would have been fired for making a sandwiche look yuckie and sloppy. My grandson eats here everyday! Sometimes twice! The service is bad! People are hired in and not trained right. You never know what your getting. There frappe machine makes watery frappes. If you want a good frappe go to McDonald's on US 23. Across from AKSteele.Eating out should be a pleasure but the cost of eating at McDonald's is too high to have orders messed up all the time. Today I ordered Quarter pounder with cheese meal. And two frappes. What I got was a big Mac meal with two liquidy frappes. I called and complained! I believe I should have gotten free everything in my order! But all I got was a sandwiches free. So my fries and drink at home were no good and cold by the time I got home. Whole dinner ruined cause someone did not do there job!

This is consistently the shittiest McDonald's. The food is always old. Today my 10 piece nugget only came with 8 nuggets and they were so old I just threw them away because they were disgusting and I didn't want to deal with going back there again. If you want McDonald's I recommend the one on Argillite Road. It is consistently much better than this horrible garbage.

this morning on my way to work i stopped for an egg muffin and hash brown among other things for my coworkers. muffin was burnt. hash brown was soggy and wet with grease. i called to let them kno about the error and since i couldn’t come back right that second, i was thanked for letting them know they they ruined my breakfast. you thanking me for acknowledging your mess up was a slap in the face.. thankfully i don’t eat out enough to even consider visiting this location again.

Went through drive thru in Russell KY McDonald's, and ordered sm fry, lg frappee apple pie bag apples ..fish sand was left out of order...was trying to explain to girl in window and manager said shut the window we are in a timer ..so I drove off ..I'm not happy ..I was in fast food 34 years and that is unacceptable service !!!

I went and got food my ranch was opened when I received it and then my fries were unsalted when I didn’t ask for that and then I ask for extra extra sauce and paid for the extra sauce and still didn’t receive any I called the store and they refused to pick up and I called back and they declined my call I work in a restaurant and this is ridiculous no reason someone should treat the people who show up for food like this no matter the time
