I go to this McDonald's everyday for my coffee and sometimes breakfast. The staff is exceptional especially Polly and the managers. The food is always correct and I have a specific order. Best McDonald's in the area hands down!

They can’t get nothing right even if the tag on the food and the receipt say one thing it doesn’t matter we were the only ones in line and they still can’t get it right when I called to talk to someone they aren’t concerned and they want you to bring the food all the way back or they can’t help

It's McDonalds. About half the time I go they have me pull up to the 3rd or park because they are waiting on something and the order will be like 2 double cheeseburger and 2 small fries. Years ago service was worst. They would have you parkand either forget about you or accidentally give your order to someone else. It has gotten better.

The Summit location is absolutely trash. After I finally needed to walk in to get my drive thru After waiting more than 10 minutes. I received a cold burger. I threw the burger out in your parking lot. You must have needed my $4.97 more than me.

This is the most unprofessional McDonald’s. Got my order wrong, called to get it fixed and then they told us we never made a call was very rude to remake the order they messed up and matter of fact didn’t even give a receipt to me. Do better smh
