Went through the drive through… ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit and a large French Vanilla Cappuccino. Biscuit was hard and the bacon was dried out.. The French Vanilla Cappuccino was only half full…. Pretty big rip off….

McDonald's is well-known, and many people enjoy it. I don't eat at the chain that often. Mostly when my grandchildren ask. Walking into this particular store, there are three different people waiting to place an order. The lady in front stated that she did not believe anyone was working the front counter, which became obvious after a while. While we waited, we noticed several employees conversing in the back. Some even ate, while others simply wandered around doing nothing. Clearly not concerned with the customers or their needs. A short time later, they decided it was once again time to work. Definitely would not return to this location.

Like any McDonald's you get the ambiance of a welcoming place but you can't get welcoming service or even your order. Just sad. But I'm sure thats not going to stop people from eating there and I don't want you to stop, McDonald's is a perfectly nice place to go just wish I could get the food I order.

I love stopping here on Monday's after I drop my husband off for work. Best Iced Caramel Coffee with extra caramel and extra cream. The drive-thru ladies are so nice.

Would give zero stars if I could. They make you pull up almost every single time that you go. The staff is also rude. We ordered snack wraps and of course… they told us to pull up When my husband finally went in to see what the hold up was and dealing with our cranky baby in the back, he was told it would be SEVEN minutes for the tenders. When someone orders something that isn’t ready, maybe let’s MENTION that it’s not ready yet and will take several minutes.
Like I said, they make you pull up almost every single time you go and half the time your food isn’t even hot. Worst McDonald’s in the tri state BY FAR

Kiosk didnt print a receipt. I got a table tent though and was in plain view of the staff. I left 18min after ordering my food without receiving my food. The place looks dirty all around. Never coming back here again.
Just picked up a iced mocha before heading back to home. It was very relaxing after driving down the street in the heavier traffic around the university.

They screwed up my kid's order. Made me wait. Forgot about us. Then when I looked at the receipt, they charged me for the most expensive McGriddle on the menu, hold everything, since we just wanted the McGriddle cakes. Then refused to refund the difference when I pointed it out.
