Outback Steakhouse

Visited the outback today we was in the Ashland area shopping & it was my birthday. The steaks was absolutely delicious & made exactly the way we ordered MW. We ordered a salad & bake potato for sides, very large salad and fresh & Potatoes was great! Our waiter went out of his way to see everything was great. Gave me a big Carrot cake & gift card for blooming onion to honor my birthday. Highly recommended! we will be back again!

They was 3 of us eating together. The stake tasted like you was eating a salt block. We did tell our waiter and he said he would get a manager they never showed up we waited over an hour. Just paid the bill and left

Not so great recently. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was given to me blue. Medium rare steak should have a warm red center and about 2/3s was red with the innermost being totally raw. I sent it back and was given a new steak medium well close to well done it was also not seasoned. This is usually a problem at most steakhouses please just try to see its not my fault I can see how a good cook would feel slighted but its not out of malice . I do usually like to food here. Staff are great.

We were setted pretty quickly. Absolutely love our server. My little boy loved his food, which was chicken fingers and fries. He finished his plate. The food was out in a timely manner. I had a 8oz sirloin a baked potato and the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was overly seasoned and kinda dry. The baked potato was undercooked. I ordered the sirloin medium well and was cooked correctly. The food for me was not good especially for the price. My husband's baked potato was overcooked as well. We had 1 server drop what appeared to be several things of their outback sauce, and 1 bus boy spilling water everywhere as he passed by us. I gave a star for my sons food, my husband's steak, and our sever. Probably won't go back though.

Restaurant cold, waited with only half dining room filled. Once seat, waitress took 10 min to.come to table. Didn't get drinks delivered,had to ask again for our sodas. Order wrong. Bus boys moved slowly and took forever to clean tables

Our waitress was top-notch. I believe her name was Mia. She deserves a bonus or raise as she was the perfect waitress. She did a wonderful job and had a great attitude.
Food tasted great. Then I became so disgusted when someone brought out a tray of food from the kitchen. It was somewhere between 8:55 to 9 pm. They came out with a tray above their head, one-handed, and their free hand was busy picking their nose as they were walking. I wanted to gag because the same person had brought us our salads. I know a lot goes on that we don't see as customers, but no one wants to see it or think about it. We have always had great service and food, but management, please help employees keep hands clean before handling food. We travel all the time and I depend on reviews to help me find great places to eat, stay, and visit. I always hope my reviews help others and help management see things from a customer's perspective.

My server was great. She was very friendly & attentive. The food however was just okay. The lettuce on our wedge salad was not the freshest, our blooming onion was overcooked. The fries & sandwiches was bland. My beer not all that cold. Like I said,not bad but not outstanding. The quality didn't match the price. The place is clean & has a good atmosphere & like I said,great waitress.

Outback is my favorite steak house in Ashland. My orders are consistently ready early, and never been incorrect or short of anything. Our steak was cooked to perfection and hot when I picked it up. Best baked potatoes anywhere! I would recommend to anyone.
