I will have to start with that my first visit at this establishment will be my last. While the food was great, I felt ignored by my waitresses and had to wait over an hour to be served my food with no updates. I had to ask what was happening with the food and was held hostage asking the waitress on four different occasions to bring boxes for our leftovers, so i could leave. I expected at least some empathy, but it passed off like just another regular day. Not to mention that a couple arrived after us was served and finished before I was even given my food ordered before they had arrived.

Carlos was one of the worst servers we ever had!! Horrible experience. Waited over 15 minutes to be greeted, no refills, didn’t come back to check on us only to get our payment?! Just terrible

Picked up a to-go order and had an awesome experience! Jacob M was incredibly friendly and had the order ready the moment I pulled up—didn’t even need to check in. Everything was correct, and the food was hot and delicious when we got home. Hope Jacob gets the recognition he deserves for such great service!

I went here with family and order wings I got them and they had blood in them so I went and showed them and got a different batch of wings hoping they would make it right but the same bloody wings again i won’t come here again I understand people make mistakes and that’s okay but 2 times in a row won’t be back

Visited the outback today we was in the Ashland area shopping & it was my birthday. The steaks was absolutely delicious & made exactly the way we ordered MW. We ordered a salad & bake potato for sides, very large salad and fresh & Potatoes was great! Our waiter went out of his way to see everything was great. Gave me a big Carrot cake & gift card for blooming onion to honor my birthday. Highly recommended! we will be back again!

Service was prompt. One of my side dishes was missing, but the mistake was corrected immediately. It was late, so the place was quiet and not real lively. Which I kinda enjoyed.
The lobster tail I had with my steak was just a bit tougher than I liked. I still ate it. Had a great flavor. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly and flavored well.
The long island iced teas I had were perfection!!
