Well we got here about 6:30 pm. Waited in line, then an employee walked up to another register. We walked up. She said just a minute. She walked clear to other side of restaurant. Then she came back and asked another lady to step up to order. So….. frustrated we finally ordered only to find out no baguettes, no ciabatta bread for chicken bbq sandwich, no peppered bread for Italian sandwiches . Ok ordered white bread. Waited 15 minutes, then our name was called for our orders. Went up to counter. We were told “oh we are out of cheddar broccoli soup”. Really it took 15 more minutes to get our food. Come on Panera ! Wants going on? You’re a bakery and out of 3 breads you I intensely advertise? Whoever is doing your ordering and planning is doing a horrible job. We spent $70 and got half of what we ordered.

I came in this morning, the young man who took my order was very professional and pleasant. However, the woman who made my sandwich was incredibly rude. I only asked to have my sandwich wrapped to go instead of having it there and she proceeded to roll eyes and say how the whole day was going to be awful by the way it had started. Then the woman started complaining about how she had to leave at 2 to go to trauma therapy. Very unprofessional!

The nicest people, fantastic customer service, excellent food, clean. I have eaten at every Panera between Huntington, WV and Louisville, KY because I travel up and down I-64 for work and this one remains my favorite! The fact that it is in my hometown makes me proud of this Ashland, KY location.

Passed through Ashland on a trip and stopped in for a familiar favorite, went in and figured all panera locations are the same but this place was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at the chain. I was very impressed by the atmosphere and it was all topped off by the impeccable customer service and just all around pleasantries from the most sweetest employee. From her friendly inviting personality to her amazing recommendations and above and beyond service. Megan was a delightful experience on her own that really made the whole stop in so much more worthwhile. Can’t recommend enough. Please let her know she made the experience so much more enjoyable. The world needs more Megan’s!

Last 3 times when I went to Panera bread and I tried to order an Caramel Latte there expresso machine was not working. This 3 times is spread out into weeks, so I guess it was never fixed when they told me the first time that it was not working.

Ordered Panera Bread catering for an event to be delivered by 10:45am. It was delivered to the wrong address more than 30 mins late. We had to track it down and transport it ourselves. We then found out we were going to be needing 15 more meals. I called Panera only to find out they were unable to fulfill our request, despite dropping the ball, delivering late, and dropping off our order at the wrong location. I will never patronize Panera Bread in Ashland, KY again - overpriced, glorified hospital food and terrible service.

The gentleman who waited on me tonight for my pickup order was very nice and helpful. I ordered a salad and a brownie and thought they had forgot my baguette. When I asked him for one, he kindly got one for me, no problem. When I got to my car, I realized one was in the bottom of my bag, sorry about that. It was so nice of him to give me the bread when he knew he had already gave me one. I appreciate the kindness.

If you have never been here you won't know what to do cause they don't even tell you that there is a whole separate area for picking up your order. It was my first and last time at this establishment. Wouldn't recommend.
