The Sandwiches are pretty good, way better than Subway. Parking lot is pretty chaotic.

Got the Italian to compare against the nearby Jimmy John's, and it was FAR better. Even if JJ didn't screw up our order, I don't think it's likely they would've won. Bread and ingredients tasted much better.
Also picked up a Philly. Steak was very good, but if you order it be aware they don't include onions, you have to request them even though that's standard basically everywhere. That's on me for assuming, BUT, if they aren't including those things, they honestly should be loading up more meat and cheese. The ratio is sad otherwise.
Fries were not seasoned at all. No salt, or pepper, or anything which is a shame since otherwise they're decently cooked and we like the skin on fries.

To Expensive for what you get in my opinion, could have had Texas Roadhouse for almost the same amount of money.
Best sub place
Amazing food
They make good food, and are friendly.
Great place to eat
This location has been improving everytime I've visited since it opened. I usually go for the original white bread but this time I tried the whole grain bread. It was great. Not a whole wheat bread but whole grain. I recommend mixing it up and giving it a try. Hope they keep this option.

The best hands down. We used to visit Hilliard, OH location, and it was ok, good food, service was just passable. NOT here, they were awesome and when they forgot to ask about cheese for one of our subs, a guy came out and asked!!!! Clean, even the bathroom. Thank you for a clean restaurant and great service and food.

All things considered, it's a good meal. Everything has gotten smaller and more expensive, and the bread is a lot thinner than it used to be. It's also not worth your time to order online because it's never ready when you arrive to pick it up — no matter how far in advance you place the order. Despite all this, the food is fresh and the employees are somewhat friendly. I've been a fan of the teriyaki sub from the get-go and I'm so happy it stays on the menu.

Their "fresh squeezed" lemonade isn't fresh squeezed. It's mass made, tastes like what lemon pledge smells like.
