Ordered a dinner box and received a medium pizza instead of the rectangle pan. When I called because of the mistake the manager on the phone claimed someone had already told me about it when they had not at all because I ordered on the app. They are refusing to replace the order they messed up. I want to talk to the owner or corporate because they need to give me what I paid for not what they decided on the fly should replace it without the customers approval. The manager was also very rude and hung up on me mid call.

I specifically asked for the cup of garlic sauce that goes on the wings to be on the side. I said it two times to verify that the person heard me. Still, I get the wrong garlic sauce and it was handed to me by the person that took the order. How hard is it to remember three items? Pizza. Wings. Sauce on side. Not that hard.

I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut. The food was far from fresh, the cheese in the stuffed crust was completely baked out, and to top it off, the employee was incredibly rude. Definitely not worth the visit.

Didn't get what we ordered. When we called they hung up on us, called back he said there's nothing wrong with the pizza and hung up again. Worst customer service!!
Tried to Italian sausage on my pizza but was not able to due to sausage being out of stock, I find this unacceptable, any situation where toppings are not available, that needs to be resolved before it becomes a problem. Running out of or not having toppings on hand is a bad look for such a giant company! This should NEVER happen! To many other pizza places to get pizza from if standards are not kept up.
